Decent hotel for a short stay, clean and tidy rooms with adequate storage, modern bathroom. We ate in restaurant too, not an extensive menu but food was good and the service was friendly

Standard room Breakfast was good and made to order Room was large there is a iron burn on carpet room 44 Bathroom was spacious with plenty of towels and hot water There are lots of private parking spaces in hotel grounds Went to order a pizza 30 mins before the kitchen service ended (evening) and was told kitchen closed We were there to attend a family wedding which was lovely the wedding breakfast had long breaks between courses the food was exceptional Would not stay here again as too far out from town centre

I didn't have breakfast but the evening meal was very good. Friendly and helpful staff. Varied menu. Good service. Unfortunately, the hotel could not find any evidence of my Expedia booking amd I had to pay a last minute, higher price, for the night.

Parking easy and plentiful. Breakfast good and freshly cooked. Room clean and comfortable

Can't understand what's so prestigous about it, fairly average really. Location is awful, name misleading. Set by a landfill site. Restaurant ok. Bathroom was nice.

Stayed one night for work. Decent room rate and a huge room. Staff are great. Food in the restaurant is reasonably priced and very tasty. Hotel is remote so nothing else in the vicinity

There were lots of staff who were all lovely and our dog was made very welcome. The food in the restaurant was simple but excellent quality and very good portions. Overall a very easy and pleasant stay with good value for money. There are some spectacular dog walks along the beach only a mile or so away. The only criticism could be that the heating was turned up very high

Really efficient and welcoming

Toilet broken so if flushed it kept trickling of water for ever. Had to lift lid to stop the water.

The room is to a decent standard. The bed is comfortable and there was a good choice of pillows. This is a really strong start as many hotels are let down in this area. The bathroom was ok, nothing wrong and the shower water pressure was very good. However, the room was way too warm making sleeping difficult. That’s a personal thing and would be fine in normal circumstances as the window could be opened to let fresh air in. However, the rooms back on to where the bins are filled every evening by the staff, immediately waking you up if you managed to get to sleep. And then, at 6.45am, every morning, a delivery arrives or the bin lorry turns up and wakes you up. Why this is considered acceptable is beyond me! Fundamentally, this could be a decent hotel but it’s let down by things that, with a little care, would make things better. I wouldn’t stop again

Spacious room and wardrobes

Lovely Hotel, we have 3 dogs and we have never been so impressed by the greeting for our dogs. The beds were confortable, the Staff were fantastic, couldent do enough for their guests and their dogs, the breakfast was very good, parking was very good. All in All a great one night stay,we will stay again.

Good breakfast choice, but unfortunately no gluten free bread option

I arrived on a motorcycle with the large carpark to choose from and found a little out of view corner to leave the bike over night and because the hotel appears isolated i wasn't bother about security too much. One enters the hotel through two automatic sliding doors which is a bonus when carrying bags and crash helmets. The first door opens in to a cosy vestibule with seating around a rather modern teardrop shaped lig burner that appears to drip from the ceiling, it would be a wonderful place to sit on cold evening. After signing in by friendly welcoming staff I found my room negotiating my way up the stairs and along the deep pile carpeted corridor to my room.

Superb as usual and very comfortable.
