去年10月に友人と泊まり、あまりに素敵で夫と来ました。モーツァルトの大ファンな彼はモーツァルトも泊まっていた事も知り、感激していました

1泊だけでしたが、部屋も広くて綺麗で、立地も良く、非常に良いホテルでした。翌日のタクシーの手配も完璧に対応してくれました。

コペントガーデンと目と鼻の先にあり立地がとにかくいい。歩いて5分圏内に、コベントガーデンのショップや蚤の市、ボンド博物館、交通博物館、スーパー、そして地下鉄の駅があります。ロンドン市内観光の拠点としてのホテルの立地としては申し分ないです。地下鉄が便利なので、バスツアーの集合場所へのアクセスもわかりやすかったです。

スタッフのサービスが良く、立地もコヴェントガーデン近くと最高です。ベッドも寝心地良く、海外のホテルでよく悩まされるシャワーの温度や水圧も完璧でした。部屋によるのかもしれませんが、金庫の位置が棚のかなり高いところにあり、背の低い人にとっては入れづらい点だけが気になりましたが、それ以外は素晴らしかったです。

All the staff were very helpful and the room was on the 4th floor and was lovely.

Would prefer to have been notified in advance that we would be staying in the new property as opposed to the property which we booked.

We will stay here again!

We loved our elegant, comfortable, spacious room. Also, the location is fantastic!

hotel être tres bien situé mais rue tres bruyantes qu on soit du cote de la rue Henrietta ou derrière (jardin avec une église qui sonne toutes les heures ) personnel inexistants et désagréables que se soit pour le check in ou check-k out, il faut téléphoner, le buffet du petit déjeuner est minuscule il faut tout rajouter a la carte si vous souhaiter des oeuf, pancakes ...;;

Fantastic location for our theatre break a short walk to many restaurants and bars and only yards away from Covent Garden. Only problem the hot water in the bathroom sink of room 24 was intermittent this was reported on check out. Service from all staff was excellent.

I recently stayed at The Henrietta Experience in Covent Garden to celebrate a significant birthday, and it was absolutely perfect. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome, greeting me by name every time I approached the desk—a truly personal touch that made the stay even more special. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated in an elegant Art Deco style, and I was lucky enough to have amazing views of the London Eye. As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The location couldn’t have been better—everything was within walking distance, making it easy to explore the heart of London. One of my favorite details was the thoughtful evening treat of lemon shortcross biscuits delivered each afternoon—a small but lovely gesture that added to the experience. I highly recommend staying here for a stylish and welcoming London getaway!

Perfect location! You can even catch the tube straight from Heathrow airport to just like 5 blocks away from the hotel without even having to switch train lines. You walk right out of the front door of the hotel and there’s 100 things to do by foot within minutes….my second time staying there; it’s a really fantastic hotel that I would totally recommend.

Perfect location in Covent Garden very convenient for shopping and shows. I had a beautiful room though slightly smaller than expected for a luxury room, the rooms booked on my previous stay were considerably more spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful, definitely a great place to stay.

My new gem in London and personally went to thanks the crew I saw today and so happy have found this place and this is the place I’m going to stay every time in London

The Henrietta Experimental is just the nicest hotel in every way. The location in Covent Garden is central to all transportation, theaters, shopping, sightseeing, and dining. We were there in late February and the street was blissfully quiet. The beds, linens, towels, slippers and bathrobe were all deluxe. The bathroom was a delight! We loved the sophisticated English decor with Art Deco touches. The staff was also incredibly helpful. Lovely, lovely experience!

We had a wonderful week long stay at Henrietta. The room was beautiful, clearly each detail was considered. Housekeeping was top notch, as was the service we received. They adjusted to our needs, noticing we tended to drink extra coffee and leaving us extra pods, etc. While we did not eat at the in house restaurant, Henri, we did stop for a cocktail more than once, and Amy at the bar was wonderful- giving recommendations for places to visit while in London, and making some excellent cocktails. The Covent Garden area is a perfect home base to explore London, very near many things we wanted to see, and the hotel is a short walk to bus stops and Charing Cross station. We honestly could not ask for a better experience, and we absolutely would plan to stay here again the next time we find ourselves in London.
