しばらく外出した際に再度掃除をお願いしたにもかかわらず、床がきちんと掃除されておらず、その後もあまり変化がありませんでした。説明には設備の 1 つとして記載されていましたが、部屋の電話で市内通話はできませんでした。無料の水はありませんでした。皿やグラスは洗ったばかりで乾かしていないかのように乾いていませんでした。

The room they gave me had so many mosquitoes. They transferred me to another room but the wifi wasn’t working. They were able to fix it, though, after 30 minutes.

Room is more than okay for its price, spacious and has good interior, however I think they need to replace the aircon as it can't make the room cold enough. Plus the shower, it needs replacement as some of the holes are busted, no water is coming out. Felt like the bed has bed bugs too as I have experienced itchiness. Wifi is intermittent as well. Staff were nice and accommodating though.

The staff were all amicable & accommodating so kudos to them 🌼 just the door chain needs repairing & the doorbell too. Thanks.

It was really nice. it like a mini apartment but the stove and other pots are for rent. It's ok if everything is for rent but when I checked out i was shocked because we have to pay for the electricity and water?wow. they should tell us before we checked in.

At first, I was really scared when I open the aircon something poops out then it was a mouse. I called the reception and wanted to change room and they are very friendly to change me a room. Staffs were friendly and I even forgot one of my purse and they honestly told me that they have it. One more thing, the staff even messaged me tellin me that I need to check out and called them back tellin them that I booked days which later on they apologized. The cafeteria has free wifi which is very comfy. The place is very safe and clean. One thing, the blanket is very thin. No free of slippers, no free of brush and toothpaste. But the place is very good. I might come back and recommend this place to my friends. Foods aren't so yummy but staffs are very friendly.
