This is a wonderful inn that was willing to reschedule our stay and answered our many questions immediately. Rooms were spacious and clean and several drinks were delicious. The staff was great, very attentive and pleasant.

Exactly what we needed for a visit to Pullman

The hotel rooms are quite large. We had two queen beds and there was quite a bit of space to move around in. Everything seems to be in excellent shape throughout the hotel and the bathroom and shower are nice. Everything seems like new. The best thing is it’s a short walk to the main campus area and it seemed very safe. We were there for the first football game and it was a perfect place to stay. Highly recommended.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was great! Our only recommendation is to open the pool earlier in the morning. 10 am was a little late.

No free breakfast and $10 overnight parking fee. New hotel, but the surrounding area is not very enjoyable. No trees or greenery.

We enjoyed our stay! Nice, spacious rooms, was just missing a microwave in the room and a fan in the bathroom.

Great Staff, Very clean all throughout the Hotel lobby and room.

This property is beautiful, excellent location and have great bar. But.. we had an unpleasant early morning.. somewhere near our room they started moving furniture or something around 5:30 in the morning, which woke us up. Not such a nice experience when you pay $300 for a night.

We had a great stay! My only comment would be to skip the food at the bistro. You can find better options around town.

The checkin was done by assistant manager Elderik. He had a very bad attitude. There was no welcome, no greeting. Very poor customer service. That man needs to take a lesson in customer service and how to be welcoming to guests.

Very nice hotel. Wish the air went down a little more for sleeping.
