I spent time in this hotel for special travel with my boyfriend and I already told them about this. But some facilities (shower and toilet)didn’t work. They came to fix after a couple of hours later.(I called them for 3 times.Because they said “coming soon”and never come) it took just 5minites for fox our facility. Why did it take so long?We had been really uncomfortable. Breakfast wasn’t on time.Delaied. Some hotels we stayed in Santorini’s service was way better and way cheaper. Room had ants. Totally disappointed and never stay.

Clean and nice view from the room we stayed. Sadly there are a couple of outlets not working properly and no big mirror to dress up. A bit far away from Oia, 20-25min by walk which is hard to go and come back from Oia every day. It wasn’t bad but not so good like everything is so so. We think it’s worth the value but maybe won’t stay next time.

Pros: 1. It is within walking distance of Oia village. (About 2.2km) 2. The parking lot is spacious and convenient. 3. The breakfast is delicious and the rooms are clean. 4. The staff are friendly, there is a swimming pool, and our room even had a jacuzzi. Cons: The view isn't quite as good as Oia and Fira. Other than that, there aren't any major downsides.

We had an amazing honeymoom stay at these villas. We booked last minute due to issues at another villa, the staff got our room ready immedietly despite it being later in the evening. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very comvenient to get anywhere on the island. Its a 25minute walk to oia. Also a beautiful mountain walk to fia aprox 2.5 hours. Every morning breakfast was served to our room, nothing was to much trouble for the staff. The jetted tubs were a welcomed luxary after a long day exploring the island, opposite a bus stop to oia if you dont want to walk but its nice especially in the evening, not far from local shops resturants etc. Lovely evening sunsets. Amazing place. Thankyou to all the staff.

Great Stay with Excellent Service Despite a Small Hiccup At the beginning of our stay, we were a bit disappointed as we had booked a two-bedroom suite with a jacuzzi, but due to an issue with the room, we were moved to two separate rooms instead. Since we were a group of three, this wasn’t ideal, but the hotel made up for it by offering us a lunch voucher, which we appreciated. From that point on, the rest of our experience was amazing. Katherina at the front desk was especially kind and helpful—she assisted us with booking taxis, gave great recommendations on places to visit, and even arranged our breakfast times over the three mornings based on our schedule. All the staff, including the porter, housekeeping team, and the pool bar attendant, were extremely friendly and welcoming. The pool area itself was small but cozy, with a lovely view that made it a perfect spot to relax. Overall, despite the initial inconvenience, we had a great experience and truly enjoyed our stay.

Room and outside area we had to ask after 3 days to be cleaned properly as it was the same as when we arrived When we did give them this feedback they done this thoroughly but shd have been done daily On day one we wore our gowns and left on trouser folding table and still no maid folded them up or neatly hanged them up. We didnt use after this. Some hooks would be great. Or even a tissue box. V minimilistic. After day one had to pay for coffee and water. This should have been clear on website However we had lovely views and staff lovely Esp katerina who was an excellent communicator on her phone. Shame this phone wasnt passed to the next shift worker. Twice had to collect own t bags. Tone of towel charges quite harsh in room ie 35euros for replacement. I think unnecessary. People have common sense and if the basics arent provided such as tissue box then will resort to using towels what other option

Sehr gutes Hotel, wir haben problemlos ein Zimmerwechsel bekommen. Die Terrasse war nicht sauber gewischt und leider keine Bedingung im Zimmer sowie das Frühstück war gut aber leider nicht abwechslungsreich und nicht flexibel. Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich sowie Oia in Fuß nähe und suber Sonnenuntergang.

A fine hotel to pick in Santorini! Close to Oia, easy parking. Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast could be a bit better, but very convenient.

This hotel has everything you can imagine in Santorini. Quite, extremely clean, rooms are larger, exquisite view of Santorini has. Excellent service with warm welcoming staffs. Everyone was kind and nice. Highly. Highly recommended to all. Thank you for your hospitality !

Peaceful stay, friendly staff

There is maximum privacy as each suite has a private balcony and entrance and breakfast is brought to the suite every morning. The hotel also organizes rental cars. It is only a 20 minute walk to Oia. Only one suggestion: “please-do-not-disturb” tags would be very helpful so that the privacy isn’t interrupted by a cleaner!

Great option in Santorini, beautiful property, 25 min walk to Oia.

A really good sized room with great facilities. The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to make our stay really enjoyable. We loved the piece and quiet as we wanted a bit of a rest. It’s about a 20 - 25 min walk into Oia but certainly manageable.

Très bel hôtel, situé à Finikia petit village à la sortie d’Oia. Ainsi au calme et loin de l’agitation d’Oia. Mais ne donnant pas sur la Caldeira. Néanmoins, donnant sur la mer de l’autre côté avec une vue toute aussi magnifique, en hauteur avec la mer à perte de vue. Notre chambre était très belle, chic et sobre. La salle de bains était très pratique et spacieuse avec une belle grande douche. Le jacuzzi donnait sur le coucher de soleil mais était toute la matinée à l’ombre et pas assez chaud. La piscine, au soleil toute la journée, était incroyable ! Personnel très sympathique et disponible. Petite attention à notre arrivée pour notre anniversaire de mariage. Petit plus, le parking privé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié !
