６月７日、レンタカー借用後、現地に到着し、チェックインの段階で受付を探せど見当たらず。住所とホテル名はあっていた。先に宿泊のラナーク地方からの子供連れの夫婦に助けて頂き、オーナーに電話をして頂いたがつながらず。その方も連泊とのことであきらめ、他のホテルをナビで探しました。３件目でＰｒｅｍｉｅｒ　Ｉｎｎ　を探し当て夜１１時にやっと落ち着きました。いつも海外旅行はＥｘｐｅｄｉａさんを利用していますが、初めての経験です。宿泊で書類へのサインはしておりません。ぜひ本件現地に確認して、今後の対応検討ください。宿泊施設とては、中を覗きましたが、レンタカー旅行者には適しているように見えました。　東海村／池田和雄

・レセプション併設のいわゆるアパートメントホテルではなく、レセプションのないアパートメントタイプ宿泊施設です。ヒースロー空港近くにファミリールームのあるホテルが少なく高評価が多かったこの施設を選びましたが、アパートメントタイプの宿泊施設に対する知識がなく、レセプションが見つからずに慌てました。 ・宿泊予約をすると、宿泊の前日に登録したアドレス宛に電話連絡先がメールで送られて来ます。アパートに到着したら連絡先に電話をして、セキュリティデポジット（高額）のためにクレジットカードの詳細（セキュリティコードを含むカード情報の全て）を伝えると、部屋のキーボックスの暗証番号を教えてもらえます。キーボックスは宿泊するアパート裏手のスライドゲートの中の駐車場に入った左側にあり、ここの部屋の鍵があります。チェックアウト時はこのキーボックスに鍵を返却します。なお、鍵は一つしかなく、入り口のドアはオートロックで、レセプションがないので万が一鍵の閉じ込みをしてしまうと厄介なことになると思います。 ・上記のように旅先で登録したメールを確認できることと、携帯で電話をすることが可能（近くに公衆電話はありません）であること、カード情報を伝えて暗証番号を確認する程度の英語力があることが、このアパートを利用するための最低条件となります。また、部屋は4つあるので予約した部屋番号を覚えておく必要があります。（予約サイトではここまでの情報は確認できません） ・治安の悪さは感じませんでしたが、街中ではないので夜は暗く、不慣れな旅行者には不安のある立地かも知れません。ファストフードやスーパーのある通りまでは車で3分程度、レストランはもう少し遠くに行かないとありません。 ・不潔な感じはありませんでしたが、宿泊者人数分のタオルなどの用意がなく、電子レンジも壊れていたりしていて、居室の状況はベストではありませんでした。また、セキュリティデポジットのシステムに慣れていないので、クレジットカード情報を全て伝えることにも不安があります。 ・ヒースロー空港へは道を間違わなければ車で10分程度で行けますので、最終日の朝にレンタカーを返して帰国というような利用には適しているかと思います。

Great location. Lovely and spacious place. Sanjay do refund my security deposit. It’s been nearly two weeks of no communication and messages and calls unanswered. I’m still chasing my security deposit to this day. Phone number never goes through. Messages are not responded to. Expedia seem unable to help yet listing is under Expedia, so be careful when you book this property. I’ve also received receipts from Heathrow apartments in my email that are not my payments. So I don’t know who they belong to but no one answers messages or phone calls. The instructions were to close gate but it was broken and it nearly came crashing on us and car. You won’t be able to check in without paying a “refundable security deposit” which I’m having to chase up everyday for nearly two weeks when the phone number provided is not working and messages ignored. Escalated through Expedia and they are using the same contact I have and so no response from Expedia even after the 72hours response time promised. Facebook contact and url link to property is broken.

Alles zufriedenstellend bis auf die Sauberkeit im Bad, da müsste man mal verschiedene Stellen ausbessern. Und die Kommunikation war nicht immer gut.

Good stay with all furnished properties. Was quite and had privacy.

Horrible and fraudulent property/Manager. Property had a bad smell and appeared very dirty. The carpets, microwave, and toilet bowl wasn’t properly cleaned. Pictures advised are not the actual pictures of the property. There’s no refund as stated in their fraudulent cancellation policy. So your booking is final even after a second of booking. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!! The worst rental property and management I have ever come across.

Please beware of this property. It is deceptive and misleading. We checked in late at night and couldn’t stay the night, it smelled terribly and we could hardly breathe, the property manager is incompetent and fraudulent. The pictures posted are nothing like the actual property. When we asked for a refund we were told that refund was not possible. We reviewed their cancellation policy only to find out that there’s no refund allowed even after a minute of your reservation. This means that booking is final and no refund no matter how soon after you want to cancel. In addition to their terrible policies, the manager refused to accept that the property was dirty. If I could add pictures to this review I would have done so. Please if you do not want to waste your money, avoid this property, they have a few and they all have the same deceptive pictures.

The beds were hard, pillows were hard. Dirty, smelly and damp. no dryer. things broken. Felt unsafe neighborhood. did not look like pictures at all.

We tried contacting as soon as we got there as the house was filthy, staines all over the carpet iron marks burnt in the carpet the freezer drawers were all broken the radiator was leaking in one of the rooms so the carpet was soaking wet next to the bed the blinds were broken the white plastic beads for the blind was snapped off and left on the windowsill. Thick dirty muddy finger prints on the bathroom light switch the list goes on- We stay away from home with work quite a lot and we have stayed in some not so great places but they do for a night or two just for work- but this is definitely a no go for us again it's called the royal apartments but definitely wouldn't stay again. The pillows were very hard and when we messaged the night we booked in we still haven't had a reply and this was last week!!! I've messaged a couple of times again with no response - It's not a quiet area so if like us all you are working 14 hour shifts I wouldn't stay here the neighbours were having a party and you have the ignorants shouting down their phone at stupid o'clock at night It's like a street for the Jeremy Kyle rejects honestly The one good thing is the directions were great!! I'm trying to add photos and videos and it will not let me 😡

Unfortunately the apartment smelt of cigarette smoke when I arrived. It was also evident that the carpets in the bedrooms had not been vacuumed. Our bedding had a tear in it and the pillow cases didn’t fit the pillows properly. We did not have all the complementary toiletries straight away. The toilet brush was disgusting. It was however a good position base for what we needed and the beds were fairly comfortable. The layout of the apartment worked well with our two children. The communication with the company was also fairly good although a little confusing due to emails and WhatsApp messages contradicting each other.

The stay was very pleasant and it felt home.The property is proper 2bhk and clean with good internet connectivity. Good communication throughout the stay.

was amazing staying a lot space very good to family only few things they need to do the carpets in the house was very dirty and stinking and the showers water pressure was very slow the part of these 2 things they need to improve on cleaning

I loke the fact I have the compound to myself, the rooms are ok for me and my family, but the internet signal around the building needs to be fix, the smoke detector was removed which is against safety which I complained but was not fixed till I left, except all that, it's generally satisfactory. Thank you... will surely recommend the property for family

Pictures are a scam! We left immediately. Had to walk down a dark alley - enter a courtyard? No lighting, dirty mattresses piled up in the corner. Room was filthy, rugs were stained....spiders crawling on the bed. Huge hole in one of the bedroom ceilings.

Well located close to Heathrow and public transit. Excellent neighborhood-felt safe and walkable. Comfortable apartment. Great size for 3 adults. The 3 beds were comfortable! Only comment is there is not a dryer-washer unit only. Still well priced and great team to work with. Would stay there again.

I booked an apartment for a three night stay near London. We parked around the block because the driveway was blocked by a moving truck. We walked to the apartment with our children and our suitcases and passed neighbors screaming and cursing next door. We entered the apartment to find dingy carpets and a bathroom with no soap. The staircase was steep and frankly unsafe. The kitchen seemed fine and relatively clean. We were having misgivings about staying in the apartment but decided to try as it was a non-refundable stay. However, when we tried to lock the door from the inside, the knob fell off in our hand. At that point, we decided we didn't feel safe staying there with our children. We booked a different hotel for our stay. We communicated this to Royal Apartments and there only response was that they would "look into the problem with the lock." I booked two weeks of hotels for my family in Europe and this booking was our only issue.

Was a lovely place would stay again plus great communication.

Good communication, good car parking, good location. The property need update, carpet is not clean, not good if you have allergic reaction to dust. Definitely need new bedding.
