とても過ごしやすいホテルでした。 部屋はとてもキレイで、無料の冷蔵庫をすぐに設置してもらい不便なく過ごすことが出来ました。 タイムズスクエアとグランドセントラルの間にあるため、どこへ行くにもとにかく便利です。 思ったより観光のためにバスも利用しましたが、バス停へのアクセスも近いです。 ホテルの前はブライアントパークと公立図書館で、ベランダからの景色も快適。 ブライアントパークではイベントが行われており、たまに音が気になることもありましたが、睡眠を妨げることはありませんでした。 （観光の疲れもありグッスリ寝てしまいます。）　 朝は1日だけ6階のカフェで食事を取りましたが、 混んでおらず快適に過ごせました。 一度だけ、朝シャワールームの排水溝から羽虫が何匹かわいているのを見かけたため評価を−1 にしています。 ただ、部屋の清掃も毎日キレイにされており、 スタッフの皆さんの雰囲気も良かったので、 全体的にはとても満足しています。 娘との旅行でしたが、素敵な思い出が出来ました。 またニューヨークを訪れる際は、パークテラスホテルを利用したいです。 素敵なサービスを有難うございました。

全体的に綺麗で清潔感もありとても過ごしやすかったです！ 場所的にもどこへ行くにもアクセスが良く 旅行中そこはすごく助かりました！！

部屋は大きくはないですが1人なら十分でした。現代的なインテリアでバスルームも綺麗です。アメニティはMALIN GOETZのものでした。 周辺は高層ビルの中にあるブライアントパークがとてもニューヨークらしく、雰囲気は最高の場所だと思います。 駅も国立図書館もすぐ近く。タイムズスクエアやブロードウェイも徒歩でいけます。 公園の中にもお店がありますが、Whole Foods Marketやパンなどが買えるカフェも同じ通りに数件あるので、ここで買って公園で朝ごはんも良い感じです。

ＮＹ市の中心部という最高の立地条件を考慮しても、費用対効果は言うに及ばず、設備、清潔さスタッフのサービス等申し分なし。唯一といえるのが、１５階のせいもあるかもしれないが、朝のシャワーで熱い湯が出るまでの時間は、これまで宿泊したたホテルでの最長であった。

夜と早朝、業者や清掃車の車の音でやかましかった。普通のコーヒーメーカーが無い事と冷蔵庫がないのはよくない。部屋は狭いが、利便性はすごく良い。

場所は最高です。 ただ冷蔵庫がない事とエレベーター前にある無料でくめるお水だ冷えていない事が残念です。

コロナ直前の2月に宿泊して以来になりましたがフロントの対応だけでなく変わらず満足でした。 ただこのホテルの特徴の１つだった朝食サービスが無くなり隣のレストランで摂るスタイルになったのはとても残念です。それ以外は満足です。

辿々しい映画でも優しく対応してくれました。周りのロケーションも、治安も問題なかったです。地下鉄や、メインのスポットからも近いので、迷わずに辿り着けます。

Our first time in New York and The Park Terrace Hotel was everything we could have hoped for. Excellent location within walking distance to just about everything we wanted to do. Our room had an amazing view of Bryant Park and city buildings which was really amazing and super exciting for us first-timers. Free water was a very nice perk, especially in the heat. But what really stood out was Miguel and Celia at the front desk! I cannot say enough about how friendly and helpful they were. Miguel was literally the first person we spoke to and he was so incredibly friendly checking us in. The next day, he greeted us with a big smile and even chased us down with an umbrella in hand after we left the hotel because there was a chance of rain. He went above and beyond! Then we had the pleasure of meeting Celia. She and Miguel were working together one evening and gave us so many tips on things to do and see and directions on how to get there. Every time we walked into the hotel after being gone, she remembered exactly what we said we were going to go do and see (thanks for the pigeon statue tip 😜). Miguel and Celia both truly made our trip so much better than we could have imagined and they deserve all the recognition!

Laundry was a great addition to the fantastic service.

We’ve come back again and again. It’s in the best location in midtown and one of the best value.

We met friends from across the pond for our annual couples weekend trip together. Every staff member was welcoming, beds were comfy, bathrooms are fantastic, location was perfect especially in the summer across from the activity at Bryant Park, walking distance to so many restaurants and attrractions. Thank your staff, they did a great job.

We’ve come back time after time whenever we are in New York City!
