スタッフは皆さんとてもフレンドリーでした。 お部屋にはどこのヨーロッパのホテルもそうであるようにトリートメントはありませんが、ボディソープ兼用シャンプー、ボディーローション、ハンドソープ、スリッパ、冷蔵庫と揃ってます。 ケトルはリクエストしたら借りられました。 シャワーは温度調整すぐできて温かいシャワーをたっぷり浴びられました。何より水圧が言うことなし！ お部屋は広くて清潔で静かです。 朝早いチェックアウトだったので朝食はつけませんでした。 一応、レセプションは24時間対応なのですが、朝早い時間だとスタッフが地下でお仕事してたりですぐ対応してもらえないこともあるので、チェックアウトが早朝などの場合、事前に伝えておいた方がスムーズだと思います。 メールでの返信も丁寧に対応して頂けました。

ウィーンに数年ぶり4回目の訪問にして、当ホテルに変更。以前のホテルの近くにして、スペースは3倍ほど広くなりました。トイレとバスルームは別で、バスタブがありました。静かな上に、周辺には複数のトラム路線、スーパがあり、観光・生活上、便の良い場所でした。日本人がそれなりに宿泊していたようです（朝食ビュッフェで数名見かけました）。備品であれば良かったのが電気ケトル。あと、エレベーターがないので、2階以上に宿泊の場合は、荷物に留意する必要があるかもしれません（私は1階に宿泊）。

离市区走路稍微远了点，楼层低白天没有阳光。

スタッフはいつもフレンドリーで、安心できます。 今回、空港に忘れ物をしてしまったのですが、相談したところ、丁寧に対応してくださり、大変助かりました。 部屋も清潔でゆったりしており、落ち着いて滞在することができました。 また、収納棚も多いので、助かりました。

中心から少し離れているので、静かで過ごしやすかったです。 近くにはスーパーもあり、レストランも落ち着いていて雰囲気の良いところが いくつかあります。 ただ、このホテルにあるワインバーに行けなかったことが残念です。

部屋は広く清潔感があり快適でした。

オーストリアワインの造り手の部屋になっていて、部屋にそのワインがあって楽しめます。1階のバーもグラスワインで多数楽しめるので、ワイン好きには良いホテルです。近くにビアマーケット、トラムや地下鉄の駅などもあり、静かで便利です。

The hotel was wonderfully decorated. Staff communicated that each room was unique and designed by a different artist. The aesthetic was beautiful and its location is close to the heart of the city.

Really nice hotel, near to the city center within a walking distance. Recommended.

Staff was very helpful with laundry, taxi booking and ironing board and the hotel was much better than I thought, and affordable. The room was simplistic but had everything I needed at it felt spacious. I slept well there and the breakfast was good! Towels could be a little bigger. Check in and check out was smooth although they said online I couldn’t check in earlier than 2 but it seemed I could when I got there

This is a wonderful boutique hotel in a terrific, convenient neighborhood of Vienna. The room was lovely, spacious and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful; we made a last-minute reservation and called in the morning to let them know we’d be arriving early, and they arranged to have our room cleaned and ready for us to check in immediately. We really appreciated it.

Room layout has been changed since we stayed 16 years ago but still staff are very helpful and breakfast is amazing. We will definitely return!

Great place to stay with excellent location

The beds were super-comfortable. The wine-bar is nice. Great location -- close to center, restaurants, and shops, but a quiet street.
