スタッフは皆さんとてもフレンドリーでした。 お部屋にはどこのヨーロッパのホテルもそうであるようにトリートメントはありませんが、ボディソープ兼用シャンプー、ボディーローション、ハンドソープ、スリッパ、冷蔵庫と揃ってます。 ケトルはリクエストしたら借りられました。 シャワーは温度調整すぐできて温かいシャワーをたっぷり浴びられました。何より水圧が言うことなし！ お部屋は広くて清潔で静かです。 朝早いチェックアウトだったので朝食はつけませんでした。 一応、レセプションは24時間対応なのですが、朝早い時間だとスタッフが地下でお仕事してたりですぐ対応してもらえないこともあるので、チェックアウトが早朝などの場合、事前に伝えておいた方がスムーズだと思います。 メールでの返信も丁寧に対応して頂けました。

ウィーンに数年ぶり4回目の訪問にして、当ホテルに変更。以前のホテルの近くにして、スペースは3倍ほど広くなりました。トイレとバスルームは別で、バスタブがありました。静かな上に、周辺には複数のトラム路線、スーパがあり、観光・生活上、便の良い場所でした。日本人がそれなりに宿泊していたようです（朝食ビュッフェで数名見かけました）。備品であれば良かったのが電気ケトル。あと、エレベーターがないので、2階以上に宿泊の場合は、荷物に留意する必要があるかもしれません（私は1階に宿泊）。

离市区走路稍微远了点，楼层低白天没有阳光。

スタッフはいつもフレンドリーで、安心できます。 今回、空港に忘れ物をしてしまったのですが、相談したところ、丁寧に対応してくださり、大変助かりました。 部屋も清潔でゆったりしており、落ち着いて滞在することができました。 また、収納棚も多いので、助かりました。

中心から少し離れているので、静かで過ごしやすかったです。 近くにはスーパーもあり、レストランも落ち着いていて雰囲気の良いところが いくつかあります。 ただ、このホテルにあるワインバーに行けなかったことが残念です。

部屋は広く清潔感があり快適でした。

オーストリアワインの造り手の部屋になっていて、部屋にそのワインがあって楽しめます。1階のバーもグラスワインで多数楽しめるので、ワイン好きには良いホテルです。近くにビアマーケット、トラムや地下鉄の駅などもあり、静かで便利です。

Güzeldi sadece bizim burada biraz küçüktü

I shared a room with my parents and had their third person sleeping arrangement. It was the worst bed I ever slept in. It was a thin mattress on an unfolded couch, I could feel every crease of the couch digging into me. On the third night my dad insisted he take that bed and he agreed the next morning that it’s the worst bed he’s ever slept in. I was disappointed because this was one of the more upscale places we ever stayed at but the main part of a hotel for us is a good nights rest so we can explore the city. Staff were overall friendly.

Off the beaten track but convenient and easy to access all sites. We loved that it was so quiet. The staff were exceptionally helpful and cheerful!

Overall, the hotel feels a bit dated, but it has a certain charm. The room was spacious and comfortable, though slightly too cold for my taste. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good selection of local specialties, and the location is excellent.

Breakfast buffet was wonderful with the option of ordering omelets in addition to the delicious European assortment.

Great big room, great amenities and friendly staff

Our room had a great view! The only detractor was having to walk up a flight of steps to the elevator. Normally that would not be a problem, but I had a knee injury.
