ホテルが新しくオープンした時に宿泊しました。しかし、数年後に再訪した際に少しがっかりしました。維持管理があまり行き届いていなかったのです。タイルは汚れていて、かなり老朽化していました。ソファは大きく沈んでいて、見た目だけを重視したものです。テレビのチャンネルも限られています。 個人的には、そろそろホテルの改装とアップグレードが必要だと思います。立地は完璧で静かでした。このホテルは気に入っていますが、そろそろ改装が必要だと思います。

とても素敵なホテルでした。キングルームへの無料アップグレードのオファーをいただきました。ぜひ宿泊することをお勧めします。

広々とした空間と部屋の雰囲気が本当に気に入りました。ぐっすり眠れました！次回の旅行が今から楽しみです！トイレはビルトインではなく、従来のビデをおすすめします。

夜にビールを飲みながらゆっくりできる場所がありません。他の店に行かなければなりませんでした。不便なので、もうホテルに泊まるのはやめます

ロケーションは良くて静かです。食事場所を探すには、Grab に乗るか車で出かける必要があります。部屋はもう少し清潔でもいいですが、全体的には許容範囲です。レインシャワーと広いバスルームが部屋を際立たせています。

午後3時までにホテルに到着し、時間通りにチェックインしたかったのですが、部屋の準備がまだできておらず、部屋の中は臭いがあり古いので待つ必要があると言われました。

とても快適なホテル、清潔でフレンドリーなスタッフ

ホテルの駐車場の正面にある標識に腹が立ちました。ポルシェとベントレー車のみと記載されていました。カンチル車を運転している場合は、駐車場に駐車できないことをスタッフに伝えました。

Stayed here for couples of time, everything is good but this trip the water heater is not working and the Malay lady receptionist just act like nothing when I told her about this. Kind of disappointed the way she deal with it.

Overall good experience. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable.

Good location and convenient. Rooms are spacious (depending on which category you book). Staff are very helpful. However, not very good in terms of room maintenance-pillows, bedsheets, comforter covers are all very clean but the floor is not so clean. The bathroom is also not very well maintain.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The hotel is less than 10mins drive to ipoh town. The nearby stadium, which is about 2 mins drive or 5mins walk there is a variety of local food that you can enjoy for breakfast and dinner.

Overall is ok, only the water heater is not hot at all, after technician come to check is ok already, but when I use that not hot at all again, I stay on 11st floor.

Good for business trip, fairly close to a lot of local eateries and less congested than town itself. Check in was smooth, room was clean and comfortable. Lifts were fast. Breakfast was good and different varieties on different days. Parking is free for guests and first come first serve basis. Cons would be of there's any events eg weddings then you will hear the PA system and music from your room. Also, if you happen to have a room with a connecting door, you can hear talking from the next room! So sound proof needs amendments. The lift also reads cards poorly and slow to respond. Otherwise was a overall good stay.

Bilik yang luas, selesa dan bersih. Cantik seperti di dalam gambar. InsyaAllah ada rezeki check in lagi.

Strategic location. Overall is good. Heater is good. The only bad thing, the air conditioner, hot at night, when sleep.

Room is clean and contemporary. But struggled to sleep as every rempit that pass the hotel can be heard from 10pm to 3am.
