大変綺麗で良かったです

新築のように綺麗で清潔で、また部屋が和のデザインということで非常にリラックスできました。帰り際には彼女とここに住みたいと話していました(笑) また京都に行く際は利用させてもらおうと考えています。

檜風呂が最高でした。 ただシャワーの使い方がよく分からなかったです。

The staff was very responsive and helpful with our digital communications, and we really appreciate the free chopsticks. We apologize that we had accidentally left them in our room, but nonetheless, we appreciate the kind gesture. We hope to stay here again the next time we’re in Kyoto!

The villa was as described in a very convenient location in between Kyoto station and the main market area. They are about a 15-20 min walk away or a quick taxi ride. He allowed us to store luggage early and also even allowed us to store luggage after checkout while we waited for our train. We had everything needed during our stay and our villa was stocked and cleaned once in the middle of the stay which was great. The washer dryer was a big reason we booked it and we made use of that. Communication with the host was quick and upon realizing I left a portable charge behind a couple days after checkout, he was quick to find it and leave it out for retrieval. He went above and beyond and strongly recommend booking!
