The entrance to the hotel was a little confusing,and the area around the hotel is a bit dirty. Other than that, it was very nice.

ルートン駅からまっすぐThe Mallというショッピングセンター目指して、入口のエスカレーターを上がり、右に曲がって突き当たりの右のガラスドアを抜けたらホテルの入口があります。また、ショッピングセンターの行く手前の道を右に曲がって進むと、左にホテルの駐車場があり、そこを上がってもホテルの入口があります。部屋は綺麗でコンパクトです。朝食は1階のロビーで、レセプションの横にあるビュッフェから好きな物を取ってきていただきます。まるで日本の東横インと同じスタイルです。部屋に電気ポットとカップが欲しかったです。

This place was absolutely disgusting. From the moment we arrived we contemplated returning back to the airport. Never felt so uncomfortable at a hotel, slept fully clothed, sheets yellow stained, carpet looked like it had blood stains on it, even moved the desk in-front of door because we felt so uncomfortable. Gives I’m going to get trafficked vibes. Pictures uploaded on hotels.com are completely altered from the current condition. This place isn’t even worth $50 a night and we paid almost triple. Stay far away.

Room is always clean and staff is friendly. Good location. Parking is very limited space.

The wifi was very fast, i was surprised it watched 4k no issues, the breakfast was decent, room was okay no issues, few homeless people outside the lobby, they could do with moving them on, and tbf they did, but it took them a while.

Clean room with comfortable bed. Free breakfast was good and location to downtown and mall excellent.

Lovely hotel. Especially the staff. Great price. Walking distance to restaurants.

Nice clean hotel just a shame that the locals are idiots

4.30 am for Saturday and Sunday morning staff or workers were sorting bedding and the like, crashing banging of metal for at least an hour, early sat morning a gang decided to stab a 16 yr old boy so police and sirens shouting up until the bedding vans arrived, found the staff to be rude NO thank you or how can we help , room worn everywhere and needed updating … hot water didn’t reach the 5 floor told staff and said just let in run it will get hot !! It didn’t !! Toilet wouldn’t flush and bath filled up when having a shower ! Oh and the youngsters of Luton all need a form right hand and to pull there bottoms up and take those hoods down !! Apart from that it was lovely 😂

From outside, the building looks like abundended, like in movies, need a refresh, new paint and more cleanliness. Breakfast starts at 7 am, but nothing happened till 07:10 am, that's why got late to my work. Half of the stuff we're missing in breakfast bar.

Ok for an overnight stay if going to the airport and the staff are friendly and helpful. However there was a constant buzzing noise in the room...and people screaming outside in the early hours.

It was very very loud in the room. I managed to close a window but I was expecting slightly more from it. Walking from train station it had a difficult access through the parking lot which dragging a suitcase was difficult. The actual room was ok - but it was a very uncomfortable sleep. Otherwise it is close to the train station which was an excellent location. Staff were nice.

I would not recommend staying here for the airport as there’s plenty of other choices. The room was absolutely freezing, including the hallways. It could have been a one off but when speaking to staff they weren’t very helpful.

Stay in hotel few times easy for city centre stay staff friendly

The room booked was terrible and barely organised. The reception attitude was cold and neglecting and there was only 1 toilet rol. No kettle, no mugs for teas and coffee and no iron or any ironing board. The windows were locked halfway and the heating was significantly hit all night with no way to turn.it off. I had to change the toom at spme point and disappointingly, I was charged extra 14 pounds on to.of sn already disappointing stay. I wnever recommend this hotel. Honesty, its not worth the money paid and a full refund is appropriate
