It was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice, comfortable hotel!

Front desk clerk was very nice and efficient. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We had three in the room and there were four towel sets. More often than not there are only 2. All in all a good stay.

My expectations were average. I expected a clean room and moderate service. I received a semi clean room that had no tissues, a broken fridge and broken microwave, no refresh the next day with new towels and fresh coffee packs for the room. I requested maid service the following day and still received nothing. They did not even come in and take out the trash.

The rooms were not ready until after 4 pm. The breakfast was not prepared on time. It was not even fully ready by 8 am. There was not much of a "healthy" selection. The oatmeal was undercooked. The hotel was PACKED as it was graduation weekend and people had schedules to keep. There was one lady working the kitchen area and she could hardly walk. It was sad. One sugestion is when a busy weekend is on the schedule hire more help for the kitchen.

Ginger and Vicki were very friendly and the most observant people I've ever met in a service industry like a motel. They noticed my ring, left to me by my father, and commented on its beauty. More than that, they noticed it was fitting a little loosely on my finger, and gave me advice so I could avoid losing it! Over the last several months I've lost 30 pounds and it does fit more loosely than in the past. Just great people, going above and beyond to serve customers like me.

Bra hotell, men WiFi fungerade inte på rummet. Sen gick inte acn att stänga av. Vi kontaktade receptionen, och vi fick veta att detta gjordes med en knapp på motsatt vägg. Tyckte att de kunde ha en instruktion på acn. Det såg ut som många försökt att stänga av på air conditioning en. Mycket bra dusch och bra frukost.

Booked this place on Expedia’s website for 1 night, paid for the night online then had to pay for another night when I got to the hotel. The young lady at the desk told us the reservation was cancelled by Fairfield, we were unaware we would still be charged for although it was cancelledI have been going back and forth with Expedia and Fairfield for a refund

The hotel staff was excellent, friendly, and super kind. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was excellent. Particularly the lady who served the breakfast. She is, I believe, one of the nicest people we have ever met!

We stayed only one nigth. After we did the check-in and enter into the room, the AC was noisy. Disturbing noisy. I went back to the front desk and the first answer from the staff member was: "Well, our AC are noisy and we do not have other double room.." At that time I understood that spending more time in front of her would be a waste of time. Shameful

Room was disgusting. There were stains on the shower door and a floss toothpick from the previous guests near the bed. Someone spilled a soda on the elevator the night we arrived and it had still not been mopped the next morning at 9:00!

Clean and the breakfast was tasty. Staff was attentive and polite. They have 12 pm checkout too. That extra hour means the world when you have work or other things to handle before leaving.
