I love how accessible it is to the old souk. It's very clean, quiet. Breakfast was great and Hiyam was very welcoming.

The location is amazing but for the price they need to upgrade alot of stuff very cheap and poor

This boutique hotel is charming from the minute you step into its garden gate. The staff is welcoming, very helpful and attentive to all our needs and more. The whole place, our room, amenities, attention to detail and the breakfast was to die for. The daily breakfast was fabulous. The sweetest lady chef and helpers prepared our omelets, fresh oregano pies, and special tea to perfection and much more. The bowl of fruits the day we arrived awaited us in our room and next day a bowl of cherries 🍒 was delivered to our room after we arrived in the afternoon. We loved the room & little balcony that overlooked the church and port, the jacuzzi deck and view, and the lovely staff made it all even better. The male gentleman at the front desk Maroun also procured our ride back to Beirut the night before for a reasonable fare. We will be back and highly recommend this gem to family and friends. 5 star :)

Staff were very attentive. Location central.

Had an excellent stay. I was the only guest at the time and the staff were unbelievably friendly and courtesy. Made me feel very welcome. The hotel itself is wonderful, right on the water and walking distance to everything in Batroun. 10 star all the way.
