古き良き趣のある宿でした。スタッフさんはご高齢でありながら、機敏な動きで対応も良かったです。

レトロな施設でしたが、清掃も行き届いていて綺麗でした。接客も丁寧でとてもゆっくり過ごす事が出来ました。

こちらの旅館は、とても特殊な作りになっています。 トイレやお風呂は、共用のみのようですので、注意してください。 利用者も日本人を見かけませんでした。 外国の方に物凄く人気があるようです。 その為、ご主人夫婦は、休みたくても休めないと仰っていました。 兎に角古い旅館なので、その様な施設に興味がある方におすすめです。

一泊で使用。立地は抜群、増築に増築を重ねた造りやレトロ感は秀逸、女将さんも話好きで楽しめた。その裏腹で、水回りの脆弱性は減点せざるを得ない。共同トイレ、洗面は未だしも、客室フロアの洗面はお湯が出ない、女性お風呂のシャワーが究極的に弱い(タンク容量が小さく、湯沸かしが追いつかないとか？)など。 総合的には、楽しめた一夜だった。

I loved the authenticity of this Ryokan. The couple that ran the ryokan was very sweet and spoke to me most times I came and went from my room. The husband even drove me to the Nagano Station because I had 3 suitcases and looked like I was struggling. So kind! The only thing that I wasn't thrilled with was the curfew. I was working remotely from my room on my computer during Chicago hours (-13 hours) so I needed a snack in the middle of the night and felt uncomfortable unlocking the door to go grab some food. The location was amazing and super close to Zenko-ji so I went 3 days in a row. Also two doors down from the best oyaki place ever!

増築後100年の建物ゆえ当然断熱材ゼロにて2月の朝、屋内でも廊下は4度C。共用の洗面所にお湯の出ぬ為、歯磨き時にはやや辛いモノ有り。 外国人からは恐らく伝統的の旅館と評さるるか、と。

歴史を感じる建物だが、宿泊者のためのメンテナンスがちゃんとしていた。

伝統のある建物をあれだけ手入れをして営業している事に敬服しました。お部屋にトイレが無いです。寒い季節でしたので室内の洗面は水を止めて有りましたが、不便は承知の上です。自宅の様に過ごしました。 ただ、玄関がもう少しスッキリしていれば、印象が上がると思うので、残念です。

古い建物を丁寧に使っているところが良かったです。立地も善光寺参道でとても良い。清掃も行き届いていて清潔でした。食事は薄味ですがおいしかった。 女風呂のシャワーの出が悪かったのが残念。

作りが文化的でとても良いのですが、年配の方は階段が大変と感じました。その他、食事等とても配慮頂き良かったです

①女性トイレの紙が無かった。 ②一泊なのに、500円と言われていた駐車料金が1000円取られた。気分的に？

昭和感のある建物ですが、改装により部屋はきれいで、快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 ぜひまた利用したいと思います。

階段が急すぎて母はお風呂を断念しました。また、宿泊客の大学生が朝まで騒いで眠れませんでした。

Fantastic stay

Fueron muy amables, nos gusto mucho el lugar, esta limpio pero el lugar en si descuidado.la madera en mal estado. La ubicacion buenisima

Room was very nice clean and spacious. Lovely little onsen perfect for the end of a cold winter day. Great location for walking to Zenkoji temple and station. Lots of little shops and cafes to explore.

Room is spacious for 2 persons. Historical Japanese architectureal building. I don't believe there is any room with its own bathroom and toilet. Public hot spring bath room is small and the pool can only house 3 or max 4 persons. The old couple owners are very nice but cannot communicate in English. Usually local customers.Location is very central so close to amrnities and eateries and the famous Zenkoji temple.

Perfect Ryokan expérience! Such a cute couple as staff to help you out ! Definitely recommand !!
