I absolutely loved the place I stayed I highly recommend it beautiful views comfortable setting very relaxing and peaceful Thank you I will stay here next time I return

It was not clear at all that this is self-service check in. That's not such a problem in itself, but when combined with the price and the shabby location, it does not add up. Great view from the window, cavernous room (almost too big), a small double bed, shower head was faulty, no email sent to explain how to check in (until 1 hour after my arrival). Disappointing to pay so much for such a basic place, and with no reception desk for when there's a problem.

Needs more items such as coffee and toilet paper and more pillows. Otherwise a fabulous place with a great view.

Prima appartement mooi ruim

My stay at The Penthouse was enjoyable. The view made the room stand out from most rooms in The Hague. Since I never need a credit card, I don't own one. When checking in, this was kinda of a hurdle. On the Expedia website it said that a debit card would function too and that just a down payment would be enough, sadly enough the person behind check in was surprised and said that they Expedia clearly said that check in was with credit card only. Later home I checked and this was not the case. The employee said for this time you can pay the deposit with your debit card and get the money back later if nothing is broken. Which I was fine with. She noted down my details and I paid. After a pretty decent time of waiting, I finally got the explanation of how to go up to the room and how everything works, which was good explained by her. The room itself was nice. Everything was clean, the only thing that didn't look that clean was the shower head, it looked like it was stained pretty bad with calcium which could easily could be fixed in my opinion. Nevertheless, I had a good experience for one night.

Inside appartment is good. Everything around could fet an update.

Lage ist super, Aussicht ist auch toll.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad op de 39e verdieping. Grandioos uitzicht over de stad richting de zee. De (facilitaire) voorzieningen waren prima in orde. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Ook is de accomodatie heel goed bereikbaar vanaf Hollands Spoor. Enige minpuntje vond ik dat het toilet in de badkamer los leek te zitten. Het bed was aan de korte kant. Dit leek maar 190cm lang te zijn. Voor de gemiddelde Nederlander is dit wel te kort.

De locatie is uniek, uitzicht op zee! Terwijl je nog midden in de stad zit. Superservice van de receptie, duidelijke uitleg, korting op parkeren.

Er was een vaatwasmachine maar weinig serviesgoed en bestek. Wassen met een bijna lege machine is voor ons geen optie dus doe ik het gewoon met de hand die paar dingetjes. Maar... dat kon alleen onder de lopende kraan want er was geen stop voor in de afvoer en geen teiltje om de vaat in te doen. Gelukkig had ik een curver bak mee voor vervoer koelprodukten en die paste precies in de gootsteenbak. Dus: als je een vaatwasser in je app. heb zorg dan aub voor meer serviesgoed en bestek. Minimaal voor 6/8 personen.

I booked the penthouse over other places for one reason. The sky bar and the restaurant. my wife had knee surgery and we didn’t want to walk much so I wanted a place to stay with a good restaurant on site. I was told on check in the Restaurant had been closed a long time. The web site and Hotel.com site brags about the wonderful sky bar snd Restaurant. If it’s been closed “ a long time “ that’s a lie and false advertisement. We loved the unit but didn’t fit our needs.

Die Lage und der Ausblick ist hervorragend. Durch eine Zug Station direkt vor der Tür ist man in der gesamte Stadt Zuhause

Une seule nuit mais excellente. Un appartement très sympa, bien décoré et grand (78m2) pour deux personnes ! Situé au 29ème étage, il permet une vue superbe sur la ville grâce aux grandes baies vitrées. Literie confortable et grande douche. Tout pour y rester plusieurs jours.
