Space was good. But no elevator, which made it challenging with suite cases. Otherwise was okay

Lack of towels , body wash and shampoo in the bathroom all week. My laundry was left in other rooms on two occasions. I asked for the door lock to be fixed, again it was left faulty all week. Drilling noises at 7 am and midnight

Nice place for family with a lot of beds. Somehow the stove does not work. Due to Ramada we could not find a restaurant.

Ravie du séjour, appartement propre et bien équipé On s’y sent bien, On aurait voulu faire des séances de massages mais actuellement en travaux malheureusement. Les deux garçons à l’accueil sont adorables et nous ont très bien accueilli. Si nous sommes amenés à revenir sur Fes on reviendra sûrement dans cet établissement.

I dont understand why I must pay other taxes?

Nice apartments with good amenities, the size and furnishing were top notch, only issue is 1 of the shower did not have hot water for a day due to issue with the water tank. Taxis are not very familiar with this location, I guess its newly turned into an apartment hotel

This was a very clean and comfortable place. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a little far from town center (it is located in the new part of the town) but it is easy and very cheap to take a taxi to the old town. Further, being away from the crowd gives you safer and quieter nights. I strongly recommend this place.

Siamo stati due volte all'interno dello stesso viaggio nella struttura Les Oliviers Suites & Spa. Entrambi gli appartamenti assegnati erano stupendi, ben arredati, molto puliti ma quello su due livelli, in particolare, è FANTASTICO! Raccomando questa struttura specialmente se andate a Fes con un'auto e quindi volete girare i paesi e le città intorno. E' l'ideale per la visita della regione ma anche per la visita della medina non ci sono problemi in quanto qualunque tour organizzato sarà in grado di prendervi sotto l'albergo (mentre non è così sicuro che ciò possa avvenire se alloggiate all'interno della medina)

The apartment/suite was lovely. Excellent breakfast and services. What made it most wonderful was the staff from Fatima, Medhi and all the others, such kind and professional people!

Very clean and spacious. Huge breakfast included. Staff was very nice. A little ways from historic sites.

Loved this aparthotel! Huge and clean! Located at the New town so was a bit far(not walkable) from the must see places but that was fine with us because we were there to rest and get a good night's sleep. Plus they had Amin who was very helpful! Would definitely recommend this place.
