Great hotel. Interesting neighbourhood.

This hotel is very gorgeous and clean all the staff was lovely and I very much enjoyed my stay I will be staying here again!

Hotel was clean, comfortable, and located close to the highway and public transit. Also has lots of great food selections near by. Would recommend to ppl looking to have a comfortable stay while visiting Vancouver.

Everything about this property was lovely. There was a water leak in my shower and when I notified they immediately wanted to transfer however since I was going to leave the next I declined but extremely responsive and helpful.

Hotel was easy to find once off the main Trans-Canada Highway. Very clean and friendly staff. Even though we had to pay for parking in the parkade, $15 was reasonable for the night. Guildford Mall was a quick drive away. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool or hot tub, but it looked cool. We stayed in a corner king room. Views were pretty and we’d stay here again!

Super sketchy and inconvenient area, and no free breakfast which is sad. Nice stay otherwise!

Everything with the room and service went well. I felt rushed when asking questions. Dont go out around at night, im not one to be afraid but its definitely and unsafe scene. The pool hours should be a bit later.

The room was smaller than expected. Parking was $20 a day and does not come with the boarding fees. The room was in good condition. There was only one ice machine on floor 4 that was out of order when we tried to use it. The restaurant was nice. Gang activity right outside hotel with homeless people on streets. We went to convenient store late at night and ran into a bunch of gangs and it was pretty sketchy. So be mindful when staying here.

Decent lodging. Rooms are ridiculously small for 300$ a night. Parking is 15$ a night, at 300$ a night…throw in the parking. Skytrain is right beside location so it’s super handy for getting out of Surrey! All in all not a bad place but will be going back to Sheraton at Guilford. Better value. Bigger rooms, free parking and closer to restaurants and shopping.

Our stay was wonderful. My friend and I came out to hike for a few days over the Easter Long Weekend. Only complaints were how noisy the sky train was at night, the pillows were very uncomfortable and the restaurant had terrible food. Staff and food/drink at the cafe were a 10/10. Front desk staff were outstanding. The restaurant staff made up for our poor food with 2 free breakfast buffets and checked in many times which was very nice of them. Cocktails at the restaurant were delicious! Overall great stay, just a few small hiccups but nothing major!

The hotel and staff are amazing. The location, not so much. Right beside the Surrey train station...noisy and dirty on the south side.

When i checked my parents in for my dads 80th bday they tried to charge me 120 dollars more than i was told 2 weeks prior Then they cleaned the room but didnt remove dirty dishes from room but made the bed i took it down to front desk and told them the situation and they looked right thru me and was confused and took it from me so i left They checked out today i left full instructions i would pay the parking out of my deposit but when my parents checked out today they told them they needed to pay the outstanding parking amount before they could leave not impressed at all expecially the 533.00 i paid for 2 nights and parking isnt included either and such a small room for that amount also
