I enjoy staying there. It's just very satisfying the staff and environtment. Near to imago shopping mall. And the hotel is vry complete

Apartment style. have microwave and fridge inside the room. I think klagan inside city is much better. near to tourists attractions. only upside is the swimming pool for my kids.

Location good. Check-in experience still need to be improved. Upon my arrival, too shock to hear that my booking was not in their database though I have booked & paid 2 weeks earlier. To add salt into the wound. I was like 'what???'. Not to give up on this bad experience, I told the receptionist that to do effort as I choose this hotel because I like it at 1st place. Finally, I managed to get my room which was located at the end of the corner. secondly, the aircond having a bit issue as the weather was too hot on the outside which cause the aircond slightly watery. I have to refer again to front desk to check and it was later at night because I have to go out. Later at night then only everything went smoothly. My advice, in future I hope the management could prepare for any booking and be updated as the booking itself only on fingertips. Be updated on the technology.

First time staying，good service and good experience. Due to the room we booked earlier already full so upgrade to family room without extra charge. This service make me feel special and surprise. Thanks and I'll come again.

Near to Imago and got lot's of stores downstairs. Food court was nearer and the bed was extremely comfy. The hotel provide microwave and freezer. My view is facing the sea. My 2nd stay here. 1st stay not good as the recent. will stay here again.

The room was spacious and it has microwave and the basic cutlers, walking distance to Imago and has multiple choice of TV channel as well, but we have to pay the parking fare by ourselves, otherwise,it was a pleasant stay 😊
