La habitación limpia, cómoda, tranquila. La atención del personal muy buena, atentos y serviciales. Muy cerca de la plaza de toros, en frente queda un sitio excelente para una buena fritanga.

Fue terrible. El baño estaba sucio me querían cobrar unos impuestos por separado en efectivo únicamente y no había control para aire acondicionado por lo que no se podía regular la temperatura

Was very disappointed with the air conditioning in the facility, had my 4 month old with us and we rented in the hotel because of this mainly. The electric stoves did not work very well took me 2 hrs for water to start sizzling. The room that was originally given to us had a plumbing issue and once we moved over to another room there were no blankets or towels provided for us. Overall the hotel lacks in the essentials it says it carrier and it is extremely over priced for what is offered.

Great location (safe and centrally located), clean comfortable, rooms. Value / quality balance. All you need for a hassle free stay. I normally stay in 4 or 5 star hotels but for convenience had to select this one on a short trip. I was not disappointed but instead felt v pleased with my choice. Walking distance from a nice mall where you will find lots of higher end Colombian stores. I will def. Recommend and would stay again.

The staff were excellent very friendly and helpful. I would recommend being moderately proficient in Spanish since the staff isn't proficient in English, I'm a novice in Spanish and managed with some sign language and pointing but would have been much easier had i known Spanish.

I could not believe how nice Cali is. It is a beautiful city. The hotel- Nice breakfast but if you are from North America, do not order the bacon. It is not too appealing but the rest of the breakfast is good and healthy. with some choose.

The place was nice they were missing a hairdryer and a trash can.
