The location was perfect, just a couple of minutes from Light Rail no. 1 from the airport. The room was reasonably comfortable, but the decor a bit overwhelming. Disliked · Lack of safety. When I returned to room at 10pm at night there was a highly agitated man, sweating profusely, wearing the hood of his hoodie partially hiding his face, trying to get access to the hotel corridor - note there is no front desk and anyone can use the lift or stairs to get to the hotel corridor entrance and the rooms all are directly off this corridor. To enter you need to use your card and the door closes very slowly afterwards. The man was telling me while screaming that his girlfriend was inside and I had to let him in. There was no way I was going to do this so I could not enter the hotel safely. I went downstairs and waited until several other guests were heading up so that they could decide what to do. I also tried calling the phone number given but nobody answered. To add to this some things in the room were broken (e.g. some lights not working). The safety would be my major concern though. This is not a secure way to have entrance into a hotel and not suitable for solo female travellers.

空港から鉄道の終点まで乗り、駅からは歩いて3分程度なのでスーツケースを持っての移動にはとても便利です。同じビルの地下にスーパーがあり、買い物も便利。魚市場などの街中にも徒歩5分程度で、立地は最高です。部屋は古めですが、1LDKのマンションで広く、キッチン、冷蔵庫、ジャグジーバス、洗濯機もついていました。お値段は高いです。フロントがなく、鍵の受け取りが不安でしたが、姉妹ホテルで受け取り可能でしたが、そこまで重いスーツケースを持って行くのも大変なのでとりあえず指定の6階に上がり、届いたメールに従って、キーボックスに暗証番号を入れたら簡単にカードキーがとりだせました。チェックアウトはカードキーを箱にほりこむだけで簡単ですがフロントがないことが全てにおいて不安ではありました。そして、フロントがないため、チェックアウト後に荷物を預かってもらえません。タオルの交換もしてもらえません。バスタオルをもう少し多めに置いておいて欲しかったです。

早めに到着したのですがすぐ部屋に入れてよかったです｡場所もトラムの終点からすぐ近くで重い荷物がある時は助かります｡欠点は冷蔵庫がない、シャンプーと石鹸だけでコンディショナーが無いので持って来た方が良いです｡

列車での到着だったため、最寄りの安価（周りに比べて）なホテルとして宿泊しました。電子キーのやり取りの仕方がわからなかったので、徒歩3分くらいの系列ホテルに最初から向かいチェックインをしました。部屋は綺麗でした。気になったのは入り口のキーの差し込み口を強く差し込まないと電気が点かないこと・シャワーの壁がない分、床が水浸しになってしまうことです。またシャワー室は暖かいが部屋は少し寒かったようです。チェックアウトはキーボックスに鍵を入れるだけなので簡単でした。

セルフチェックインタイプのホテル、モバイル対応だが 数百メートル先の姉妹ホテルでカードキー受取りも可能 立地は抜群で徒歩圏に十分すぎる程の様々な店舗がてんこ盛り状態、アクセスもトラム終点駅から徒歩3-4分 部屋はコンパクトなビジネスホテル仕様 不満点はトイレとシャワーが横並びなので床がびしょ濡れになること

レセプションがなかったので、近くの系列のホテルまで鍵を貰いにいくのが面倒だった。

bergen駅からもさほど遠く無く、briggenも近く、空港へのtram駅も近く、建物内にsuper marketがあり便利。 check-inの為のSMSの受信は何故か出来なかったが、近くの系列hotelで問題無くcheck-inが出来、キーカードも入手出来た。 wifiも問題無く使えた。部屋に冷蔵庫があればなお良い。 check-outは1Fのmail boxにキーカードを入れ、退出した旨連絡するだけでよかった。

Pluss at dette er et hotell inni et kjøpesenter, og midt i sentrum, tilgang til veldig mye, rommet var stort sett rent og pent, litt flekker på teppet, fra tørket vin eller noe. Minuset var jo ingen frokost, ingen resepsjon, men trengte du flere håndkler eller andre ting så måtte du ringe de så kom de.

The property is centrally located and in walking distance to everything (public transport, taxi stands, various shopping centres, restaurants, caffes, fish market, etc). That was the big plus. The points for improvement are: 1- the checking process is terrible. The codes I got to checkin were for a device that was out of order. Lucky for us we areived during the day. So, I called the sister hotel and they gave me the codes to get the room keys. However, a friend of mine who arrived after 2 am could not get in as noone picked up the phone and had to book to another hotel. 2- the other point of improvement is the bathroom- it is tiny and it gets very wet after taking a shower. 3- the carpet in the room looks like its best days are over. It is an ok hotel for 1 night stay. More than that perhaps consider staying at the sister hotel.

It's only a hotel room, nothing else. The location is good. Directly across the street is a bakery for small breakfasts. The hotel is on top of a mall with a grocery store that's open until late. The room was overall good, but it was only cleaned every other or every third day.

The «self checkin» was awkward. They did not work well through hotels.com and I was stuck on the phone with them in the stairwell with all of my bags. The building is crowded with all kinds of other offices and businesses which make the access clumsy. The room itself was fine but the air conditioning didn’t seem to work well which made for difficult sleeping in the summer heat.

Bestillte feil helg gjennom hotels.com. Ringte hotellet og fikk beskjed de ikke kunne gjøre noe siden det var gjennom 3. part. Snakket så på live cgjat med hotels.com som snakket direkte med hotellet drr fikk jeg beskjed jeg ikke kunne bytte fordi de ikke hadde tilsvarende rom. Jeg gikk så inn på Hotels.com 2min senere og fant samme rom til billigere pris. De ville også ha straffegebyr på 3700kr for å bytte i tillegg til allerede betalt pris pg pris for nytt rom. Meget misfornøy med denne behandlingen.

Dit is een hotel met een code !Er is geen personeel, en als je ze belt omdat je de code niet hebt , laten ze je 1,5 uur wachten totdat het 15.00 is en de kamer echt vrij is.Als je belt zijn ze vaak in gesprek. Ook de gemaakte afspraak dat er iemand langs zou komen was een loze beloften .Toen ik om 15.15 nogmaals belde zeiden ze dat ze niet kwamen en ik terug moest bellen als ik op de 5e etage stond ( bij het sleutelkastje) ik bellen ( in geprek paar keer)na 3x bellen Ja eindelijk gaven ze de code .RUK service dus !Niet doen! Deze firma moet zich rot schamen,had beter verwacht ! Goede TIP, in het park is Godt Brod prima tent om te ontbijten ,met leuke lieve meiden

Despite having a key code could not get key. No reception had to find another hotel who could check you in, insane system. This was at 1600. In the room large hole stuffed with cardboard where I guess a fan should be. Shower head could not stay up, fell off bruising my foot. Hotel clearly has no staff or maintenance. Exceptionally poor.
