総合評価とレビュー Tallinn City Apartments Town Hall Square

テレビがあったけれど、全く映らずで意味がなかった。 ただし場所はかなり便利な場所で、テレビがなくても問題ない人ならOKかな。

最高です！ロケーションはインフォメーションセンターのすぐそばでどこへでも楽に徒歩で行けます。借りた部屋は4階でしたがエレベーターがないのは お知らせとして頂いていたので 心の準備はできていました。 また、食器や鍋も 万全でオーブンにも 1枚でしたがクッキングペーパーを敷いていてくれてありました。バスルームは床暖房がありました。 木のはりが見えるアンティークなお部屋で 夢のような時間をすごせました。 一点あげるとすればソファに置いてあった赤いブランケットはクリーニングしたほうがいいですね。ちょっと臭います。 それと気をつけることは ドアのしくみです。部屋に入るまで3枚のドアがあって 8の部屋の1枚めのブルーグリーンの部屋番号がついてるドアと次のドアは 鍵が必要ありませんでした。 1枚めのドアが閉まっていたので そこに鍵が必要だと思い、受け取った鍵で開けれると思いましたが 型が合わず とても悩みかなり焦りました。 オフィスにメールして返信を待ってる間に 鍵が必要ないことがわかりましたが、 オフィスからも 助けが必要か？と すぐ返信いただけたり 安心できるアパートメントです。 他で借りたアパートでは 欠けたお皿や日々の入っているコーヒーカップばかりでこんなものかと思っていましたが ここは違います。 それもそのはず？ チェックアウトの際に たまたま スタッフが 大量の食器を搬入していて きちんと交換してくれているようでした。 また 会ったついでに鍵の返球や この先タクシーは必要かなど声もかけていただき、終始気持ち良くすごせました。 また行くことがあったら 絶対リピートです。

Excellent location. Well-equipped spacious room, with both bath tub and shower separately. Upper floor accessible only with stairs, but not steep.

部屋が5階で荷物があるのでキツイが、旧市庁舎広場の隣で観光には最適、ホテル斜め前には観光案内所がある、ホテル前は寿司屋もある。 客室はキッチン、洗濯機もあり自炊も可能。 駅から徒歩15分くらい。

This is a relatively roomy apartment considering it is smack in the middle of Tallinn’s old town. It is charming, with beam ceilings and serviceable kitchen, and old wood furniture. The only hard part is going downstairs from the loft at night!

We had a very nice stay in Tallinn. There were some issues with the booking, but even if we arrived after midnight, the owner fixed us a replacement apartment. The apartments are very nice, spaceous and very central. Short walking distance to pretty much everything. We did not notice lots of noise in the street even though we had an apartment facing the street below. It seems to be a quiet neighbourhood. Extremely good value for money! I will for sure consider this place next time. Go for it!

Great apt and location!!! The sofa pullout bed mattress was so uncomfortable, it was not useable. But the rest of apt was well stocked and comfortable.

Super central, nice rooms. We had two and they were similar but also quite different. Top floors more quiet, but no lift. Mine had a huge bathroom with a tub and a separate shower. Small kitchen area in bedroom. My friends has a tiny bathroom but a separate kitchen. Mine had a second door that blocked of some orig the sounds from hallway, my friends did not have this second door. Main reason for low score: the linen was too small for bed and my feet were touching dirty disgusting duvet and mattress 😅

Bekväm liten studio med utmärkt läge i gmla stan. Tänk bara på att det inte finns hiss i dessa gamla hus.

I loved the location. Walk out the door and you’re in the heart of the Old Town. The flat was very adequately equipped. It was nice to have coffee and tea available. Noisy neighbours playing loud music would be my only complaint, but the owner quickly resolved it when I brought it to their attention.

Wonderful 5 day stay in Tallinn here, its location can’t be beat, right on the “main drag” and actually right across the street from the TI center. Clean and quiet despite that, except the first day there was a public movie showing down the street that I could hear but it didn’t bother my sleep. Appreciated the washer in the bathroom to do laundry! Check-in and checkout process was easy, WiFi was fast, I’d definitely stay here again…

Great location, clear and timely check in instructions, our place was ready a few hours in advance and we got to check in a bit earlier. The place was clean, had all necessities, and it was quiet. The location was hard to beat!

This was exactly what we were looking for! Clean, private, perfectly located next to several sights and plenty of restaurants, and the tourist info center, which is right across the street, is the meeting point for several tours. Couldn't have been more convenient. The price was very reasonable, and the tea and electric kettle were lovely extra touches. We did have an issue with our breaker flipping and couldn't get in touch with anyone for a bit. We managed to locate someone with maintenance just by wandering through the building for a while, but it was stressful that we weren't able to reach anyone by phone or email - we had contact points for both but no one was responded. The check in process was very easy, and the luggage storage room is a big help if you arrive prior to check in. Kofeman (breakfast) and Restoran Old Hansa (medieval tavern dinner) were both within easy walking distance and the food was excellent. Caffe Centralle had the friendliest staff and just across the street from the apartment.
