タクシーを呼んでもらったが来るのに時間がかかり後悔した。しかも普通のタクシーではない感じに思えた。車体にタクシーの文字無しの普通の車が来たので。そこらへんに走ってるタクシー捕まえた方が早かったと思う。20ソレス払った。 ホステルは普通の設備で良かったです。 ベッドにカーテン付いてるし部屋にシャワーとトイレもありました。 お湯も出た。

Great place to stay.

This hotel cancelled my reservation at last minute. Never reaponded to my emails or picked up call becuase phone number listed did not work. I had to end up booking another hotel paying lot more. I will advice any and everyone to stay away from this place. Terrible experience and additional cost that i will not recoup

Do NOT book here – total scam! We arrived late in the evening after a flight from Lima, only to be told the hotel had gone bankrupt and was under “new management” – but they didn’t honor our reservation and didn’t even have a new hotel name. We were left stranded and had to pay cash just to have somewhere to sleep. It was incredibly stressful and completely unprofessional. This place should not be listed on Expedia – they are scamming travelers and taking money for bookings they don’t honor. Avoid at all costs!

Clean, excellent location, good pricing. But zero sound isolation. Can hear everything in rooms next door and lobby, including people talking and using the washroom. Lobby also blasts music in early morning and evening.

A beautiful covered courtyard. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating fornour luggage storage needs.

So, I booked via Expedia and was not notified when the hotel went out of business. Had to knock on the door to be told they had closed forever and had to wander into finding another hotel... Bummer

Not a great property. Too much noise, outdated, and not very clean.

Sensacional, apesar de minha reserva nao ser para um quarto com seis e apenas feminino, me alocaram em um, excelente cumplicidade e acolhimento! Todos funcionários educados, solicitos, limpeza impecavel; Localizacao estrategica para andar pelo centro de Cusco, perto da praça (uma quadra), perto de mercado, panaderia, agencias de turismo. Melhor custo beneficio sem dúvida, todos os Selinas que conheci até hoje nao deixam a desejar, e esse nao é diferente! Espaços compartilhados muito agradáveis e o hostel é muito lindo!

It was close to everything and fair amenities for the price.

Our stay was wonderful! The staff was very accommodating to our requests and ensured we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The price was reasonable and it was located in a nice central location. I would stay here again and I would recommend family and friends to stay here in future trips!
