改装してある為とても綺麗で快適に過ごす事が出来た。部屋のBluetoothの設備がとても良く、部屋で快適にiPhoneに繋いで音楽を楽しむ事が出来た。これはかなり嬉しいポイント。バスルームも広く、場所も便利で、また宿泊したいと思える施設だった。

シャワーが固定で水圧もかなり弱く洗えた感じがしませんでした。ベッドもシーツの下に髪の毛が複数挟まっているのが透けて見えて不快でした。エアコンはなく、網戸のない窓が一つあり、扇風機がありました。スタッフは英語はほぼ話せません。身振り手振りや片言の英語でなんとか通じます。

The hotel is located in convenient and safety place (5 minutes on foot from Metro station and it is very clean.Good amenities. However, the sounds rebound on the concrete floor it was very noisy until mid-night. ホテルはとても便利な立地条件(メトロ駅から徒歩5分、12時過ぎまで、近所のタコスやコンビニが開いていてまあ安全かな？）で、最高に清潔です。アメニティも充実しています。しかし、コンクリ―トの床なので通路の足音がかなり響きます。夜中まで結構うるさいです。

The hotel was ok.the room was dark so bit uncomfortable but clean.the receptionist doesn't speak English.it was hard to have conversation.this hotel is close to the big market.about 5min on foot.price is cheap.totally worth it.

Le petit déjeuner est très correct. L'hôtel est à 10 min a pied du marché des artisans de la ciudadela.

Very clean room. Front desk staff were friendly and bilingual. Excellent breakfast. Located near a small restaurant and tienda. Relatively quiet even on the street (I was on the 4th floor). AC was OK. TV options were limited

La habitación estaba bien limpia y comoda,el personal bien atento,todo excelente

El hotel está en una zona muy céntrica, cerca a la estación del metro Balderas y relativamente cerca a sitios de interés caminando. A pesar de que la zona es céntrica nunca nos sentimos inseguros al caminar por sus alrededores. La habitación era grande, la cama muy cómoda y amplia. El desayuno estuvo muy rico y el personal del hotel fue muy amable, y siempre estaban dispuestos a ayudarnos con nuestras dudas. Si eres una persona sensible al ruido, te recomiendo usar tapones para los oídos o solicitar una habitación que no esté cercana a la calle.

Zimmer war sehr laut und muffig, da das Fenster lediglich zu einem Lüftungsschacht ging, in dem auch noch Abwasserleitungen verliefen, die zusätzlich Lärm verursacht haben. Frühstück war von Papptellern und Plastigbesteck! Dies hat nichts in einem Hotel zu suchen!

Clean room, decent bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Internet was solid in our room. Breakfast buffet wasn’t great, but it was included. We had a room with a window to the courtyard and no natural light, which felt strange. Apparently there are a lot of hotels in Mexico City that are like this. We were only there for a couple nights, so it was ok. There may be other rooms without this problem. Right down the street from the free Museo de Arte Popular, which was wonderful!

Hotel was great. The front desk staff was amazing. We actually had an earthquake at 1am during our stay. The staff handled it very well and everyone was evacuated smoothly and safely. Would definitely stay there again.
