改装してある為とても綺麗で快適に過ごす事が出来た。部屋のBluetoothの設備がとても良く、部屋で快適にiPhoneに繋いで音楽を楽しむ事が出来た。これはかなり嬉しいポイント。バスルームも広く、場所も便利で、また宿泊したいと思える施設だった。

シャワーが固定で水圧もかなり弱く洗えた感じがしませんでした。ベッドもシーツの下に髪の毛が複数挟まっているのが透けて見えて不快でした。エアコンはなく、網戸のない窓が一つあり、扇風機がありました。スタッフは英語はほぼ話せません。身振り手振りや片言の英語でなんとか通じます。

The hotel is located in convenient and safety place (5 minutes on foot from Metro station and it is very clean.Good amenities. However, the sounds rebound on the concrete floor it was very noisy until mid-night. ホテルはとても便利な立地条件(メトロ駅から徒歩5分、12時過ぎまで、近所のタコスやコンビニが開いていてまあ安全かな？）で、最高に清潔です。アメニティも充実しています。しかし、コンクリ―トの床なので通路の足音がかなり響きます。夜中まで結構うるさいです。

The hotel was ok.the room was dark so bit uncomfortable but clean.the receptionist doesn't speak English.it was hard to have conversation.this hotel is close to the big market.about 5min on foot.price is cheap.totally worth it.

We had a great stay. The rooms where clean and the hotel felt very safe. AC worked, television worked, what more do you need? Centrally located. I'd definitely stay here again.

El hotel cuenta con muchas amenidades que te ayudan a sentirte comodo, agua disponible, baterias portatiles, desayuno incluido , personal amable y accesible. La habitación pequeña pero bien distribuida para 2 personas, comoda y limpia. Buena ubicación con una tienda de colonia a lado , un oxxo en la esquina y la estacion del metron a una cuadra , lugar centrico para pasear.

Had a large male bedbug in our double room suite. We called front desk and they moved us to the smallest room they had for 2 nights with no follow up. I called the front desk twice. After two nights, I finally got ahold of the front desk manager who gave us 1/2 night refund. That was less the difference between the large double room and the small one we were stuck in. We returned to the previous room, as we still had a key and noted they had cleaned it, but hadn't put mattress bags on the mattresses, which is the 1st step to do to prevent eggs from growing. Returned home and now are putting all our trip items in the freezer for 4 days to kill whatever buga got into our clothing. Problems happen at hotels, but these guys were terrible in how they handle this bed bug infestation.

El personal es muy amable y servicial, esuu agradable la estancia porque no hay ruidos y permite descansar
