朝食が素晴らしい。4つ星ホテルなのに夏のハイシーズンで相当お得に泊まれた。受付もフレンドリーで早めにチェックインできた。屋上プールからの眺望もなかなか。

Jeg bodde her 1 natt ifm bilferie i Italia. Rommet og badet hadde meget bra størrelse og var meget godt rengjort og vedlikeholdt. Jeg spiste både bufetfrokost (inkludert) og middag (ekstra) på hotellet - ALT smakte meget godt 😋😋😋 Hotellet har utendørs svømmebasseng i øverste etasje. Bassengområdet virket neglisjert og rotete - og været innbød heller ikke til bruk Vedr parkering så er det KUN parkometer plasser tilgjengelig i hotellets nærområde. Hotellet har samarbeid med annet hotell (ca 500 m unna) - der tilbys parkering i garasje (10 Euro/natt) eller på gaten (gratis) De ansatte var meget hyggelige og serviceinnstilte 👍👍👍 God verdi for pengene

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold med fantastisk service. Polen er utrolig.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, das Hotel bedarf aber einer deutlichen Modernisierung, die besten Jahre hat es hinter sich. Ansonsten aber in einer netten und relativ ruhigen Umgebung gelegen, überschaubares Frühstück (hat uns aber gereicht). Parken in unmittelbarer Umgebung ist kostenpflichtig, allerdings gibt es in 600m Entfernung einen großen ,kostenlosen Parkplatz. Insgesamt vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis her OK

+ Fint läge - Hotellet lever inte upp till **** Renovering behövs av interiör, hååler inte måttet. Frukosten har för litet utbud, dårlig kvalite på råvaror.

Mi dispiace, ma questo hotel è fermo agli anni 70/80 e non è mai stato rinnovato. non può mantenere un livello da 4 stelle. Pareti e finestre molto sottili e si sentono molto rumori nei corridoi e dall'esterno. Stanza 305: letto con materasso non comodo e un leggero odore maleodorante dal bagno.Lampadine di illuminazione con colori diversi (luca bianca e luce gialla affiancate nella stessa lampada). L'hotel è pulito, ma purtroppo è veramente vecchio e si nota molto. Colazione con offerta basica e minima (affettati chiaramente confezionati e di poco sapore). Mi dispiace, ma non lo consiglierei nemmeno per chi come me, si è fermato per una notte sola durante una trasferta lavorativa. Unica nota positiva: bella zona e facilità di parcheggio.

Assez décevant, comparé aux photos. Chambre petite, peu d’équipement (même pas de mouchoirs, encore moins de café à disposition !). Décoration de mauvais goût (tableau). L’hôtel est mal entretenu, tout à l’économie (la piscine ferme à 19h, climatiseur difficile à régler) Décevant, mais pas d’incident majeur : le ménage est correct et aucun problème de sécurité.

We stayed here in October for 3 nights. Check in was not very friendly at all. I had to ask about the parking as we had parked on the road and she said it was at another hotel when it says they have parking on site. I had to ask about breakfast, when and where it was and then we get to our room and there is no information about a wifi code. I called the receptionist and she said there isn't one, just look for the hotel's name as an option in the choices of networks. There was no restaurant open other than breakfast and I have no idea where or if there is a bar. The breakfast was good and the workers in there were friendly. Also it rained one day and we were very wet so we asked at the reception how to turn on the heat because we couldn't get it to come on and we were told there is no heat until Nov. 1st. So our jackets are soaking wet and our towels are cold and wet because the room is cold. Again no mention of this in the room, it's like they don't want to tell you anything and you'll only find out when and if you need it. The bathroom needed some hooks that weren't 10 feet away from the shower and a couple shelves to put your things on. I would never recommend this hotel.

Tranquillità e relax

Ottimo hotel posizionato in centro Montecatini; personale gentile e camere molto comode. L'arredo non è modernissimo ma è tenuto tutto in ordine e in ottimo stato. Ottima colazione a buffet con vasta scelta tra dolce e salato.

War eine gute Wahl. Gut erreichbar. Zentral gelegen.

Perfect location both for staying in Montecatini, as well as lolacation for goint out seeing attractions in the region. Most interesting cities within an hour from hotel. Super nice staff, great breakfast, and hotel well maintained.

The room was huge, very comfortable and clean. The location is nice, close to many restaurants and also the city center. Breakfast was good enough, with some options, but not many. Staff is very friendly. I recommend

Where courtesy reigns supreme. My partner and I wanted to express a heartfelt thank you to all the staff for their kindness and for always satisfying our requests with a smile: from the breakfast personnel to the reception staff, including the lady who served us some beers in the afternoon at the bar. We do recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, staff, and proximity to the center of Montecatini Terme. The only drawback, if we can call it that way, is the air conditioning, as it cools very little.

Ottimo hotel l'unica pecca l'arredamento delle stanze un po' retro per il resto ottima location e valore aggiunto la piscina con super vista.
