We arrived late in midnight with flight delayed for more than 1 hour, everyone was exhausted and just wanted to have a rest quickly, however the check in process was not tourist friendly as they need to register every single guest passport slowly, with some hiccups in between when the photocopy machine was not functioning. We had waited for more than 30min for us to get the room keys by just standing at the counter. The check in process has to be revisit upon, especially those guest arriving late in midnight. The room had super strong smoke smell despite we were told is non-smoking room but there is actually ashtray placed in every single room, we were only given air freshener spray when we complained about the room and was told that they can’t control if guest wanted to smoke. Why the hotel then placed ashtray in the room if that is non-smoking room? And the room is not very big but is sufficient if you just need a place to get some rest, the toilet is extremely small, smaller than those at Japan
