4回の食事全て良かった。サービスもレストランの基本サービスができていて、よく教育されている。客室も綺麗でバルコニーも海面に近く臨場感があり良かった。スタッフのホスピタリティもよく感じられた。唯一問題といえば送迎のバスが古く、椅子の角度が調整できず無理な姿勢になる。同行の妻も評価が良く満足感の高いツアーでした。

スタッフさんは優しくて誠実に接してくれるけど、設備が若干弱い。シャワーがめっちゃ熱かったり勢いが弱かったり、、、、

Beautiful scenery and pleasant cruise Route of this cruise is following comparatively quiet area, and I preferred this a lot including beautifully lit up cave rather than other famous one's in Ha long bay. Cabin is nice and clean, crew's hospitality is warm and welcoming, and food is delicious. I definitely recommend this cruise.

船室はとても清潔で各部屋にテラスがありとても快適です。カヤックや春巻き作り、鍾乳洞見学、イカ釣り、太極拳などアクティビティとランチ、ディナーはコースで提供。そして軽い朝食にブランチまで。アクティビティ、食事全てが宿泊する料金に含まれます。オプションのシャトルバスも豪華で乗り心地良かったです。スタッフも親切。特にアテナクルーズ予約係のティナさんの心温まる対応に感動しました。

We payed for a night in the bay, but a monsoon cancelled the overnight stay and the 2nd day on the boat. We were moved a hotel in Halong instead but this took several hours, once the Atheana manager turned up things improved but wasn't the 1st class experience we had paid for. I cant recommend it.

Lovely room, plentiful food - amount and choices and we enjoyed the activities

Our room was a king room with balcony. The bed is very comfortable. Good sized bathroom with large shower. Food is excellent. Staff go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Halong Bay is serene and a nice change from the busy Vietnam cities. Unfortunately, there is garbage floating in the bay that the country needs to address.

Big windows for an absolutely stunning view, a lovely little balcony and just an all over perfect room! Staff and service are both exceptional! One night was not enough, I wish I had stayed another!!

The cruise was very clean and staff was very friendly.

Personnel adorable , séjour très bien organisé, bateau propre et chambre confortable. Nourriture pas mal Mais les touristes envahissent la baie d’halong d’une façon impressionnante: Athena luxury tours a essayé d’optimiser pour qu’on arrive le plus tôt possible, nous les en remercions!

The food is excellent. They served a buffet lunch, sit down dinner and buffet breakfast. The ship is not new but very clean. The ship sailed on the outskirts of the islands and docked where you can still see the city and other cruise ships. Wish the shop went further in where we could see more islands. They stop at the big cave, Tip Top island where you can go to the top to take photos or swim at the beach within an hour. You can kayak into a lagoon which is very beautiful. The staff is wonderful. My kids loved learning to make spring rolls which is the snack before dinner. We thought squid fishing is a gimmick but people actually caught jelly fish. There were a couple of huge jelly fish swim by at night. Tip is not included. Please remember to tip generously as there are around 25 workers in the ship who work very hard to provide the best service.

An amazing cruise! A perfect blend of guided activities, relaxation and stuffing our faces with delicious food. The cruise directors did an excellent job keeping things moving and clearly knew their jobs well. Every moment felt perfectly coordinated. Our room was very nice and well equipped and their ability to cater to us vegetarians was a very positive surprise. We would very much consider doing another cruise with Athena!

Tim, the cruise director was amazing. He was there to meet us from our transport provider. Made sure we knew what was happening. He made sure the whole trip went seamlessly. Staff very pleasant. The was food delicious and plenty of it. Would highly recommend. Eileen and Phil

Dislike: The ground of the shower room is slippery. Water was not included in dinner.

crucero viejo, decorado para parecer un hotel boutique, hace que se vea mejor de lo que es en realidad. Te cobran todo extra. Lo que más resalta en todo la estadía es el servicio del personal. Un 10 / 10 excelente. La belleza de Ha Long Bay, hace que te olvides de que te cobraron tanto por un barco que no es más que un viejo barco renovado.

Barco muy recomendable. Camarotes amplios y bien equipados. Personal super amable y gran cantidad de actividades. La comida deliciosa
