During this trip to Australia, we stayed for eight nights, including the Gold Coast, and this was the only hotel that made several adjustments in advance to ensure the room met our requests. All the staff were kind, and the interior was spacious and very clean. Although it may not be directly related to the hotel, even the staff at the liquor store in front of the hotel were very polite. I definitely want to stay here again next time. Thank you for the wonderful service!

冷蔵庫やキッチンなど、長期滞在に必要な設備が充実しており、非常に快適！ 食材を購入できるスーパーも近くにあるため、友人や家族で料理を作って楽しむのもおすすめです！ また、3Fにはバーベキュー設備も完備されており、食材を準備するだけでバーベキューが楽しめます！ ほかの宿泊者とも交流できるのもGOOD！ 5泊滞在したのみですが、もっと長期滞在しても快適に過ごせると思います！

トランジットが14時間あり、寝るだけの宿泊に利用しましたが、もったいなかったです。すごく素敵で、全てが新しい（新しいどころか、食器や家電など未使用品でした）雑誌ELLE Decoから飛びててきたような部屋でした。 自分は他の都市でサービスアパートメントに暮らしていましたが、いままで見たサービスアパートメントの中で格段にオシャレでした。 トランジット使用には勿体無いかもです。空港から20分くらい、タクシーで25〜35ドルくらいでしょうか。スーパー隣接だし、便利でオススメです。

Great place and location and facilities perfect place to stay when working away from home

We booked the Alcyone for a friends party being held at Eagle farm racecourse and Alcyone location was within close proximity. Couldn’t fault anything, rooms clean and comfortable, easy checkin and communication. Would highly recommend and stay again if the opportunity arises.
