ゴールド会員特典の部屋アップグレードについて何の説明も無し。食事は期待外れ。

漢字を使用していただけで、チェックインでパスポートを見せていたのに中国人と登録をされた。 またその間違いをその際指摘したにも関わらず、後日お礼のメールが中国語で、不愉快でした。 ホテル自体は綺麗なのに、サービスが良くないので残念です。

有名なサン・フランシスコ教会の道路を挟んですぐ横にあり、ホテル目の前の大通りを渡ればセントロという好立地です。 敷地自体はさほど広く無いので、ぎゅっと詰まった造りになっています。 大通りは車の往来が激しくクラクション音が酷いので、中庭ビューが静かでお薦めです。 中庭も小さいながら綺麗にメンテナンスされて、プエブラらしい景観を意識して作られたのが分かります。 5階がプエブラのセントロが見渡せるルーフトップになっており、バー、スパ、プールがあります。 レストランはコンチネンタルの朝食が375ペソでした。食器類はトリニタテで統一。食事に関してはサンミゲルデアジェンデのローズウッドの方がコスパは高いと思いました。併設のAzulCafeはリーズナブルです。 部屋はデラックスルームという一番下のカテゴリーでしたが、シックでお洒落な内装。狭いながらも可愛いベランダもありますが、バスタブはなくシャワーのみだったのは残念でした。シンクもシングルで小さかったです。 Hotels.com には浴槽付きと写真付きで記載されていましたが、実際にはデラックスルーム(キングベッド一台)はシャワーのみなので気をつけて下さい。 さすがローズウッドという世界観と高級感はあるのですが、全体的に小ぢんまりし過ぎているのと、特にデラックスルームは価格に対して満足度は低いなぁと感じました。プエブラにはリーズナブルなホテルが多いので。 私は一泊で充分でした。 更に上のカテゴリーにして、タラベラ焼きタイルを使用した豪華なバスルームのある部屋に宿泊した方が満足できると思いました。 ホテルスタッフは若い方が多く皆さん親切です。

La propiedad está muy bien cuidada y el personal es excelente. La ubicación es buena pero alrededor hay zonas no tan bonitas y se sienten hasta peligrosas al ir caminando al centro, por que está la parada del transporte público. Podrían cuidar un poco más la limpieza diaria de los cuartos ya que dejaron platos y tazas sucias, polvo en el suelo. En general es muy buen hotel.

Muy cerca de todos los lugares que queríamos visitar, muy buena atención y calidad El restaurant de la terraza del hotel una comida exquisita y una vista de la ciudad y el Popocatépetl espectacular

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. We had limited choices as we needed a car park but it was lovely and easily within walking distance to the centre of town. The staff were amazing and helped us with a problem with our rental car speaking Spanish to the company and everything was resolved. The rooftop pool area was a lovely experience after walking in the sun all day.

Amazing spacious rooms and the staff was friendly.

Absolutely gorgeous property. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Everything is impeccable; the bed is comfortable. The staff is prompt and efficient. We tried different restaurants in the property and everything was delicious, both food and cocktails! The area is very walkable and safe. You can easily reach the historic center in about 15-17 minutes, walking leisurely. Great views from the rooftop! Our only "negative" comment is that our room was very hot, even with the air conditioner - which was supposedly at max, but wasn't really cooling the room. At night, it was easier to open the windows to reach a comfortable temperature. During the day that was just not feasible. It's only April, so I assume the room would get even hotter in the summer. Puebla didn't normally reach such hight temperatures, but with climate change, Banyan Tree might need to invest in a better cooling system. Other than that, we'd absolutely return - but maybe only in the winter months. 😉
