洗濯機と最低限必要な

キッチンは大きな食洗機、オーブン、レンジがあって便利でした。 食器も一通りあり、日本から持ってきた調味料を使って自炊を十分楽しめました。 バルコニーも広く快適。エアコンも風が当たらず居心地が素晴らしかったです。 またブリスベンに来る時はここに泊まりたいです。

It was comfortable.

モダンでとても綺麗なアパート。 キッチン道具もひと通り揃っていたので不便なく料理できました。 早朝の便で到着日は雨だったので、なるべく早くチェックインしたく、早めに行ったら11:30ごろチェックインさせてもらえました。 気になった点としては、 ・洗濯機のゴミ取りネットが掃除されてなかったところ ・シャワーの水圧が弱かったところ ・食器洗いスポンジが荒いずらかった(スポンジではなかった)ところ です。 ふつうに滞在する分には申し分ありません。 パークランドも近く、ウェストエンドも近いのでお散歩がてら観光も楽しめます。

場所がとてもいい。東側に5分歩くと、右にサウスブリスベン駅とアートセンターが見える。そのまま直進するとビクトリア橋にでる。橋を渡るともうそこはシティ・センターだ。街の中心部に近いが、閑静で窓からシティの高層ビル群が望める。 マンションスタイルなので、自炊をする人には向いている。2ベッドルーム、２バスルーム、ランドリー付きだから、家族滞在・長期滞在も安心。 ただ、宿泊をする際には一泊分のデポジットが発生するので、後払いのつもりでも1泊料金が最初に引き落とされる。もちろんチェックアウト時に清算される。レンタカーを借りていても、あらかじめ連絡しておけば、地下駐車場にスロットを用意してくれる。 長期滞在の場合は、1週間に1回しか、掃除・シーツ交換に来ない。その代わり、掃除道具一式がクロゼットに入っている。

All facilities we used were excellent, including kitchen, bathroom, the view, and laundry.

Always excellent. I stay here whenever In Brisbane. Full amenities a real home from home. Just don’t book it so full I can’t get a room on my next visit😁

GREAT LOCATION

The apartment was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen facilities were great and the view from the balcony was stunning. I enjoyed my stay and will happily return. Loved it.

Fin og rein leilighet med fin terrasse og flott beliggenhet, fekk òg nyte bassenget på taket som var herlig, kunne hatt litt flere solsenger.

Excellent location but the apartment and particularly the furnishings are starting to show wear and age. Limited staff support only short hours onsite.

Modern, clean, neat and tidy apartment. Secure and quiet. Simple A/H check in. Comfortable bed and super large, thick towels!

Close to eateries & walkable to South Bank Parklands.Good size one-bedroom suite. Free basement parking was a bonus, especially front desk allowed us to leave our vehicle in the car park for an hour after we’d checked out. Nice views of the city from the rooftop pool. Shower was too small for a doorless design. A screen blind was missing in the living room. A signage outside the access door would’ve made it easier to locate the front counter.

My apartment was very clean and I enjoyed my stay. So conveniently located for events at Southbank. There were some additional extras which I really appreciated, like laundry powder - handy. Nice toiletries. Big towels. The TV and aircon were easy to operate.

The place was fine, the bed was uncomfortable, the internet barely worked and the shower was very low - anyone over 5 foot 9 is too tall for the shower head and the water pressure is gravity flow, was adequate for the trip I was on but would not stay again
