洗濯機と最低限必要な

キッチンは大きな食洗機、オーブン、レンジがあって便利でした。 食器も一通りあり、日本から持ってきた調味料を使って自炊を十分楽しめました。 バルコニーも広く快適。エアコンも風が当たらず居心地が素晴らしかったです。 またブリスベンに来る時はここに泊まりたいです。

It was comfortable.

モダンでとても綺麗なアパート。 キッチン道具もひと通り揃っていたので不便なく料理できました。 早朝の便で到着日は雨だったので、なるべく早くチェックインしたく、早めに行ったら11:30ごろチェックインさせてもらえました。 気になった点としては、 ・洗濯機のゴミ取りネットが掃除されてなかったところ ・シャワーの水圧が弱かったところ ・食器洗いスポンジが荒いずらかった(スポンジではなかった)ところ です。 ふつうに滞在する分には申し分ありません。 パークランドも近く、ウェストエンドも近いのでお散歩がてら観光も楽しめます。

場所がとてもいい。東側に5分歩くと、右にサウスブリスベン駅とアートセンターが見える。そのまま直進するとビクトリア橋にでる。橋を渡るともうそこはシティ・センターだ。街の中心部に近いが、閑静で窓からシティの高層ビル群が望める。 マンションスタイルなので、自炊をする人には向いている。2ベッドルーム、２バスルーム、ランドリー付きだから、家族滞在・長期滞在も安心。 ただ、宿泊をする際には一泊分のデポジットが発生するので、後払いのつもりでも1泊料金が最初に引き落とされる。もちろんチェックアウト時に清算される。レンタカーを借りていても、あらかじめ連絡しておけば、地下駐車場にスロットを用意してくれる。 長期滞在の場合は、1週間に1回しか、掃除・シーツ交換に来ない。その代わり、掃除道具一式がクロゼットに入っている。

Appartement bien meublé, tout ce dont on a besoin pour y séjourné. Il n'y a pas de réception passer certaines heures mais la boite à code pour récupérer les clés de la chambre est bien visible avec de bonnes instructions. Satisfait

Excellent location, modern room, only complaint if being picky was dust that hadn't been cleaned on windowsills and exhaust fan.

Great location for access to South Bank and fish lane. Appartments are well appointed for relaxed stay.

Staff were very helpful. Unit was a good size , but too much furniture in the living area. Balcony was large. Towels supplied had some yellow stains on them. And a little bit dusty in places. Used only the fridge. Washer was also mouldy - but this was quickly rectified by management the following day.

네 객실도 깨끗하고 센트럴시티 접근도 가까워서 상당히 편안한 한주를 보냈습니다~~^^

Great location short walking distance to major attractions, cafes and restaurants . Clean inconvenient apartments.

Room was clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The bathroom needs some attention as shower head was rather loose and causes minor floods to the bathroom floor every shower. There was an odd smell/odour in our floor lift lobby area which was a shame, but otherwise happy with our accomodation in general. Staff were lovely.

The room was perfect and the location was easy walking to Southbank and City areas also train and bus stations.

The accommodation and staff were great, pool super clean.

Clean and comfy

The Opera Apartments is situated in a convenient location, walkable to train station, river and city centre. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and had everything one could need for a city stay. The pool area is amazing! Fantastic views over the city and beyond. The staff were always friendly and helpful during are stay, thank you very much!

The two bedroom apartment was clean and tidy. It is conveniently located near most amenities and easily accessible to the city. There’s a nice cafe located on ground floor with good food options and many cafes and restaurants within walking distances.
