キッチンは大きな食洗機、オーブン、レンジがあって便利でした。 食器も一通りあり、日本から持ってきた調味料を使って自炊を十分楽しめました。 バルコニーも広く快適。エアコンも風が当たらず居心地が素晴らしかったです。 またブリスベンに来る時はここに泊まりたいです。

It was comfortable.

モダンでとても綺麗なアパート。 キッチン道具もひと通り揃っていたので不便なく料理できました。 早朝の便で到着日は雨だったので、なるべく早くチェックインしたく、早めに行ったら11:30ごろチェックインさせてもらえました。 気になった点としては、 ・洗濯機のゴミ取りネットが掃除されてなかったところ ・シャワーの水圧が弱かったところ ・食器洗いスポンジが荒いずらかった(スポンジではなかった)ところ です。 ふつうに滞在する分には申し分ありません。 パークランドも近く、ウェストエンドも近いのでお散歩がてら観光も楽しめます。

場所がとてもいい。東側に5分歩くと、右にサウスブリスベン駅とアートセンターが見える。そのまま直進するとビクトリア橋にでる。橋を渡るともうそこはシティ・センターだ。街の中心部に近いが、閑静で窓からシティの高層ビル群が望める。 マンションスタイルなので、自炊をする人には向いている。2ベッドルーム、２バスルーム、ランドリー付きだから、家族滞在・長期滞在も安心。 ただ、宿泊をする際には一泊分のデポジットが発生するので、後払いのつもりでも1泊料金が最初に引き落とされる。もちろんチェックアウト時に清算される。レンタカーを借りていても、あらかじめ連絡しておけば、地下駐車場にスロットを用意してくれる。 長期滞在の場合は、1週間に1回しか、掃除・シーツ交換に来ない。その代わり、掃除道具一式がクロゼットに入っている。

Nice tidy room, close to Southbank and restaurants.

Excellent location, and the building is new, clean and practical. Its not a hotel, its an apartment, which means no room service or no having the rooms made up, however there is a kitchen, there is a laundry, there is a pool. And its huge with a nice balcony, much prefer to stay in an appartment.

The overall experience was average. Cleanliness and location were acceptable, but nothing outstanding. Front desk service was limited — most of the time there was only one staff member available, which made service slow and not very responsive. It felt understaffed and lacking in service attention. On the positive side, there are some great restaurants nearby in the West Village area, which was convenient for dining out.

Comfortable

There is no indication where the entrance to the hotel is. We were not the only ones walking up and down the street trying to figure that out. Garden view means view of a bush. Accomodation was ok but nothing special. Only had two towels, no facecloths, one tea towel etc.. so a bit skimpy. The pool was nice but water quite cool! Only 3 lounge chairs available. It was quiet and private.

My stay was pleasant, the room was very comfortable and quiet. I would stay again.

The apartment was clean, quiet, and spacious. The location is very convenient, with many nearby restaurants, and grocery stores, and a quick 10 minute walk to the South Bank parklands, 25 minutes walk to downtown. The area felt very safe, and we enjoyed using the pool and BBQ area amenities. The only thing to note is that there are limited supplies provided (enough for 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry loads) and no basics such as oil, salt, or pepper, so if you're booking for a longer stay or planning to do a lot of cooking, you'll need to purchase your own.

The property was in a good location and the staff was very helpful. The rooms are in the smaller side and they have the basics covered.

Everything's okay

Liked most of our stay..perhaps nicer view would have made it even better..could see the city lights at night but basically roof tops in the day. Liked how close it is to Southbank..

There was a bit of a musky smell from the bathroom which was abit mouldy, but other than that, not a bad place.

Brilliant stay, nice and simple and perfect for a solo traveller for a few days. Rooftop pool area isn’t done justice by photos.

The accommodation is so clean and tidy. The rooftop swimming pool is also fantastic. The central business district and the Southbank Parklands are so close that it's good to walk around. It's a well-equipped, well-recommended accommodation.

The roof top dining area was the perfect spot to eat and enjoy the city views. The apartment had everything you could possibly need and want. Even if you wanted to stay in and cook you didn't need to bring a thing. It was all readily available. The only thing I would say that they could improve is letting you know exactly where the refuse room is on each floor. Just a simple diagram would suffice
