古い建物のインテリアと階段をセンスよくリノベしたアパートメント。３階(2nd floor)のTuscany suiteに３泊しました。 キッチンに小型冷蔵庫，電子レンジ，食器あり，コンロ，鍋なし 朝食用にミルク，ヨーグルト，オレンジジュース，食パン，コーヒー挽き豆&インスタントなどありますがスーパーの日常品グレードのものです。 大型スーパーWaitroseまで車ならすぐ。徒歩7~8分くらい？ 深夜にシャワーを使ったらお湯が不足して水になった。 すぐ近くに民間平置き駐車場13£/24hがあります。直接予約ならホテルから料金分が返還されるようですが，Expediaなど他社仲介の場合はそのサービスはありません。 深夜のお湯以外は快適な部屋でした。レストランへの期待が高くなかったので，３泊中２回の夕食はスーパーで買ったデリやチルド食品にしました。 レンタカーによる旅行の場合不便はありませんでした。まあまあお薦めです。

Check in procedure was a bit unusual for me, if I’m honest. It took a couple of phone calls, emails and having to download their app. That said straightforward once you understood it. Paid offsite parking is a block away. Wouldn’t have been ideal if I’d had a suitcase to lug around. Parking and accommodation on separate invoices. I had clocked it not a hotel, but serviced boutique apartments. Location is great. Good choice of eateries close by. All said, now that I know what to expect I’d probably use again for a short visit.

Excellent stay

Location is perfect, merely a 5 minute walk and you are in Cheltenham centre right by the brewery quarter, plenty of choice for food all within minutes of the apartment. The gentleman that checked us in on reception was so friendly and informative. The suite was the Milano, it was spacious and clean but the only complaint was it could do with a little maintenance. Handles missing off the drawers in the bedroom, towel pegs hanging out of the doors, no remote for the TV in the bedroom, main TV Arial held in with cellotape so kept falling out. The bathroom was clean and roomy but just needs a little attention, can flood if not careful with the shower as states designed as a wet room. The walls and ceilings are paper thin and the apartment adjacents door was constantly opening and shutting with a long squeaky bang, right the other side of the bedroom wall, our upstairs neighbour seemed like they kept a baby elephant up there and the pipes from upstairs run down the side of the bedroom wall right by your head. The Milano suite is on the front of the building so you hear alot of road noise and passers-by all hours. They were small things but attended too would make it more of a luxury stay as billed. We did love it and would stop again for location but maintenance is needed to keep the tired fixtures and fittings in working, presentable order is the key.

The apartment was very clean with everything needed for an amazing stay, location was amazing. Bed very comfortable andwas a lovely surprise to get milk, coffee, cereals on arrival. Easy checkin process and communication with hosts

Room was clean and thebstaff were responsive and polite

The entry system and coms were really clear and efficient. The rooms are very stylish and comfortable. Great bed. Quite and secure it’s feels very upmarket.

Room was fantastic as was advice from staff

Stayed in the Palermo suite and it has a very musty smell, not very pleasant

Everything was excellent and definitely stay again.

Love this place. Second time we have stayed, it's a must if you're visiting Cheltenham. We had the Napoli suite

Beautiful apartment and had everything we needed plus in a perfect location. Car park was close by and secure and easy to use. Would definitely stay here again.

Cheltenham is one of the loveliest towns in UK and Strozzi Palace is well located as a base. It is a modern and quite well appointed apartment that is very clean and efficiently operated but does not provide easy access for help or real cooking/food preparation. Once inside there is no information on how to, for example, turn on the heated towel rail, though common sense and a bit of sleuthing does help.

Difficulty checking in, door codes didn’t work, had to call the main number in pouring rain which wasn’t great

Great location, great style and aesthetic, easy entry with the access codes, clean room. However, the room stank of damp likely due to the air conditioning unit. The bed was a memory foam mattress, which gave little to no support to my back. Everyone has different mattress preferences but definitely not my preference at all, woke up with a bad back. The flush button on the toilet was broken, the soap dispensers in the showers also didn't work.
