Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Geen enkele negatieve opmerking te bedenken. Vlotte, vriendelijke service aan het onthaal. Mooi hotel, ruime, comfortabele kamers. Uitstekend ontbijtbuffet. Handige ondergrondse parking. Op wandelafstand van het voetbalstadion van Alemannia Aachen, en bushaltes vlakbij om naar het stadscentrum te kunnen rijden.

Toilettenspülung war defekt, ansonsten war alles super

Super nettes und aufmerksames Personal, die Lage am Rand einer viel befahrenen Straße ist nicht so toll.

I arrived pretty late on a cold winter night. The room was cold, but this is to be expected in eco-friendly Germany which does not heat up the rooms needlessly. The AC heater came on as soon as I inserted my card in the main switch. What really upset me is that I had a very cold night because the window was propped open. It was only when I heard the outside noise due to the morning rush hour traffic that I realized that. So yes, go figure.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I’m very satisfied with my experience. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff was polite and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely return on my next trip!

Renoviertes, zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Zimmer und Bad.Großzügiger Empfangs- und Früstücksbereich.

Alles sehr schön, aber der verschimmelte Propfen im Spülbecken sollte nicht dem Anspruch von Hilton entsprechen.

Great value, breakfast included and decent. Location is not great if you want to visit downtown.

The staff were very friendly and the bar was ideal for having a tipple before retiring to bed. The breakfast had a good choice of hot and cold food although as it was busy, they could have had more staff clearing the tables. Over all a very pleasant stay.

Das Frühstück war nicht angemessen, drei tage den gleichen angetrockneten Belag. Einmal konnte Sojamilch erwärmt werden , die andere Tage nicht...

Alles bestens - begeisternd auch die Nähe zum neuen Tivoli!

Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und kompetent. Hotel sauber und modern. Frühstück könnte etwas mehr Auswahl haben.

Es war gut

Belle chambre, lit confortable, insonorisé, beau décor. Secteur tranquille. L'hôtel était très bien entretenu. Le stationnement intérieur est payant et c'est un peu à l'étroit. Le déjeuner inclus était vraiment bon. Il y avait beaucoup de choix et le personnel était très gentil. A distance de marche du Centre-Ville, environ 15 minutes.

Schönes sauberes Hotel an einer Hauptstraße auf der man schnell auf der Autobahn ist. Das Zimmer ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Leider gab's einen Fehler im Netzwerk des Hotels, sodass wir nicht TV sehen konnten. Zur Wiedergutmachung bekamen wir ein Glas Rotwein aufs Haus.
