Very polite and helpful staff , particularly the manager Gaurav who was very helpful when I raised some issues about my room . He very quickly resolved them and was cordial throughout . Will surely return when visiting Mysore next time .

Pleasant Caring Staff and Decent property with value for price

The staff was excellent in providing Jain food in a timely manner and helping me with my aged parents by holding their hands and serving them food from buffet so I can have a cup of tea. They also special ordered breakfast for my daughter who did not want to eat from buffet. The eggless muffins were tasty, best eggless item

Enjoyed our stay with excellent staff, very clean room and nice amenities. The room was very comfortable with only these complaints: mattress was soft and soggy; AC could only be set at 24 degrees, too warm. Will definitely return to Regenta Central Herald.

Had wonderful stay with my family. Lunch was touch too slow. But not a deal breaker for me personally. Friendly and prompt staff. Overall a relaxing weekend.

The bed was pathetic. The service, restaurant was good. But the experience was ruined because of saggy bed.

Checked into the hotel on May 30th evening at around 5pm. Front desk receptionist was unwelcoming and created a miserable experience during check in. All they have to do is smile and show some good hospitality when welcoming guests instead of bad attitude.

Good room .Good breakfast Kind staff. Gym needs attention . Communal toilet’s cleanliness in lobby not acceptable especially for a hotel of this quality!

Good hotel to stay when you come for business or tourism.

Upon arrival was welcomed by the doorman, reception and others. The holet is clean and emuculate. The food was good, slept well and enjoyed our stay here. Everyone was polite and friendly which is what evey hotel should be. We felt welcomed. Thank and keep up the good work. Love and kisses from CANADA.

I only rate when a property is way below or above, what might be expected. So many hotels on internet sites are over rated. What a joy to find the Regenta Herald in Mysore. Its not a 5 star, nor opulent, or even luxurious - just a really good, clean oasis with the necessities all in good working order. And the curries and kebabs are fantastic. Best I have had in decades. RCH is a Mysore gem.

I thought this place was fabulous. A great value for what I paid. The room and all the facilities feel new and clean. The breakfast was terrific. The staff couldn't do enough for me. I stay at hotels all the time, and this place really stood apart. The hotel manager keeps an eye on everything. I just don't think you can go wrong with this place. I liked it so much that I extended my stay by two days. I thought Mysore was an excellent tourist town. It has a good zoo, Mysore Palace is worth seeing, I enjoyed hiking the steps up Chamundi Hill, and there's a big market area downtown. The availability of Uber makes local travel easy, and the bus system is excellent (I used both).
