観光地に近く、トラムの駅が近い エレベーターがないのがネック

Excelente ubicación en zona céntrica

Die Bilder sehen sehr hochwertig aus. Die Lage war für mich zu weit oben. Mit Koffer etc. einfach unpraktisch . Die Dusche hat geschimmelt. Aber grundsätzlich war es sauber. Die Möbel abgenutzt. Sessel durchgesessen . Das Personsl war sehr nett. Es gibt keinen Aufzug. Ich habe durch die Bilder und den Preis etwas hochwertigeres erwartet . Aber für eine Nacht war es ok .

We had a great stay here. Lovely staff, very clean, great location. Wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else. The hot water sometimes goes in and out and we had some trouble getting the AC going - but that could’ve been our fault! Overall, highly recommend. Bonus, they will store your bags for a while after you check out :)

Super clean and very welcoming staff, comfortable bed. It is close to the Castelo of St George and lockouts spots but you have to consider; is a bit of a walk from the downtown area. A little noisy and busy street but the views and restaurants near by were good.

La locación de este hotel es inmejorable una maravilla en el mismo centro de Alfama precioso.El personal de este hotel súper amables. Pague la habitación más cara que tienen era amplia pero oscura no nos la dieron en el piso más alto lo cual ahora agradezco ya que no tienen elevador repito no elevador lo que hay es escaleras y no hay personal ni nadie que te ayude a subir o bajar el equipaje. La limpieza se reduce a tender la cama y limpiar el piso nunca cambiaron ni las toallas ni tan siquiera las que estaban en el suelo las toallas son lijas. A mi llegada el shower estaba lleno de pelos nunca lo Limpiaron pero era tan fácil como coger un papel y quitarlos todos como hice, el tragante del shower no tragaba bien lo que al bañarte se llena. La tasa del baño nunca la limpiaron nunca nunca. La Recepción está en el hotel de enfrente lo que siempre vas a tener que cruzar para lo que necesites inclusive para dejar las maletas cuando hagas checkout. Nada empaña a la hermosa y llena de contrastes Lisboa.

Great location to be in the historic area. Noise from outside wasn't a problem and building was quiet during our stay.

Bien pour le prix. Cependant que les chambres ne sont pas toutes de dimensions égales. De plus le « balcon » n’est pas véritablement accessible pour flâner car trop étroit! Donc ne constitue pas vraiment un avantage pour la location de la chambre. Bonne climatisation. Pas d’ascenseur

Great place to stay if you don't plan to spend much time in the hotel. The double bed room is small, with not much space outside of the bed, but it was all we needed. The bathroom was more spacious with a really nice shower. It's a quick walk to the nearest metro station, where you can get to/from the airport, and within walking distance from tons of restaurants and the Tagus. The concierge was extremely friendly and went above and beyond.

Comfortable bed. Great location in Alfama. Bathroom sink and shower drain very slowly. No electrical outlet in bathroom.

Great location and breakfast. Room was very clean but small (no storage for clothes). Staff were generally wonderful and very helpful. Check in experience could be better. When we checked in reception desk person was on break and we had to wait a bit. The breakfast included in expedia booking was not shown in their system which took some intervention by expedia.
