The good: the location was very convenient to many points of interest for tourists. The bed was comfortable and the ac worked well. The breakfast was also excellent. The not so good: The main issues were with the condition of the bathroom. It was not very clean, especially the shower and neither the shower or sink drained. There was lots of hair from past guests present and a significant amount of black mold.

It is an old building very well located. no elevator but it was clean.

The hotel is very centric and walking distance to many tourist places. However, Our room was on the 3rd floor and no elevator. The tv was very grainy. The bathroom can use a make over. There is no full mirror in the room at all That is a must. It was clean, the water from the shower was good and enough pressure.

The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were very helpful finding food for a traveller who is celiac. The room was neat and quiet with a comfortable bed. the AC was adequate. The only complaint was it would have been nice to have a small fridge.

The staff was very helpful. We didn't know that there wasn't an elevator. That needs to be made clear ahead of time. However, a staff member helped us take our luggage up to the third floor. The WIFI signal was excellent. Breakfast is not included. You must pay for it. The window view pictured in the listing is not typical for the rooms. Our room and the halls were painted with very dark colors that were not pleasant. The location is on a busy, noisy street but good for exploring the Alfama district. The taxi service provided for getting to the airport was a little high but the young driver was excellent.

The property was in an excellent location close to so many sites which made it easy to walk or tuk tuk everywhere. Staff was pleasant enough. What was different for us was not having coffee available in the morning. We are not breakfast eaters before we wonder off but do want/need our coffee and we assumed that we could grab a cup without paying the 15 Euro a day for a whole breakfast. We would gladly have paid something for coffee but we were told if we touched anything it was 15 euros. If this is the case it would be nice if that was explained prior to booking on their site or Expedia’s.

Great location for a visit to Lisbon. Area is very walkable. Staff was very accommodating.

Chambre bien située, accueil serviable mais pas dans l'hôtel...voilà où s'arrête le côté positif. Aucune insonorisation, la porte d'entrée claque sans cesse, on a l'impression que la chasse d'eau des voisins passe dans la chambre, sans parler de la douche. On a même eu le droit à une lessive lancée le soir par l'équipe de l'hôtel, avec bruit et vibrations jusqu'à 22h30. Notre chambre étant située au premier étage, collée au local technique. Impossible de dormir après 6h du matin. À cela s'ajoute une humidité constante, aucune aération dans la salle de bain, moisissures au dessus de la douche, les serviettes restent mouillées d'une journée à l'autre et cela se ressent dans la chambre ce qui est loin d'être agréable.

Staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. The B&B was very well located and we enjoyed our time there very much! We didn’t have the breakfast but it looked good. Recommend highly.

The staff was great. The property needs repair for sure. Bathroom had mold in it. The room was tiny which I couldnt figure out from the pictures as I didnt see any picture of that room on the website. Also no coffee machine

Location is close to a lot of activities.

Staff was very helpful and kind. Good location. The highlight was the comfortable bed.
