2 night stay, family room. Was very basic but had what was needed, room & area could have done with a fresh paint. There was a lot of staff around, majority of them seemed like they were new so not quite sure what was going on. Slow service to order dinner, but again this was due to new staff. All as helpful as they could have been with anything asked & if they didn’t know something would go find out.

Stopped here as my husband was rushed into hospital at a festival. The staff were lovely. It was beautiful and clean. Parking safe . Couldn’t ask for more . Thankyou

My Wife was locked in the Toilet because the Handle broke. And the Bathroom was very smelly. But in total for 100 pound a night all good. My Kids liked it a lot.

Sadly as much as my kids loved the room we won’t be returning don’t listen to the website when it says noise curfew is 9.30pm!! Because you get inconsiderate parents that allow their kids to scream outside till 11.30pm!! We had teenage girls booting on our door at 10pm woke up my daughter and absolutely terrified her!! I tried ringing the 24hr reception and no one answered! Just so poor

Style of the room was great for the kids, not so good in the heat however. Staff, fantastic. Other guests not so great, woken by 6 police officers dragging another guest off in handcuffs at 6am

Me and my friend booked in to the pixie pod to have a night away after a concert at Liverpool football stadium. The pixie pod was absolutely wonderful to stay in and we're going to return with our kids!! Lovely staff ... Very clean!!

Was a very cute place to stay and much more enjoyable than a hotel. Didn’t get to enjoy the theme park. But the cabins were very comfortable.

Room was ok, considering it was a fairly new part of the hotel the shower dripped all night long. Very noisy late at night with people being loud, and kids screaming at 9:30pm out by the hotel/huts, I know it’s a kids hotel but there are little kids sleeping at that time and parents should be more considerate, no signage asking people to be quiet either. Breakfast has a very limited menu and is expensive. If you don’t like bacon or sausage your only options are toast or crumpets. Staff give the vibe that they don’t really want to be there, didn’t really see anyone smiling.
