ホテルは市内中心部に位置し、混雑しすぎず、サービスもとても親切でした。ただ、荷物預かりサービスは少し不便でした。エレベーターがなかったり、荷物預かり所が建物内や他のホテルナンバの施設から遠く離れていたりしました。このホテルには満足していますが、荷物預かりサービスには少し不満がありましたが、それ以外はすべて良かったです。

部屋はとても清潔で快適ですが、ホテル内にエレベーターがないことをお伝えしておく必要があります。高層階の部屋を予約すると、重い荷物を運ぶのは非常に困難です。

minus side: I came there at 8.00 am, and the door's closed and locked, and no staff there. I bring breast milk, and ask them to keep it freeze, but they keep it not on the freezer, so All my breast milk's not longer good. they didn't help us to take our luggage and no elevator there. plus side: they allowed us to take a shower even we haven't check in yet. (time for check in at 3pm, we take a shower at 9 am)
