We recently stayed at this apartment for a weekend, and it was a fantastic experience. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city centre, making it easy to explore everything the city has to offer. The staff were incredibly attentive and communicative throughout our stay, with special thanks to the general manager who kept in touch before and after our visit, making us feel truly valued. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a short break or a city stay. Comfortable, convenient, and excellent service, perfect for a relaxing getaway!

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were welcoming. The apartment is in a perfect central location, making everything easily accessible. It was especially convenient for our family, as we could cook our own meals and feel at home. The apartment was comfortable and offered great value for the price. No chair or table from which to eat- which is odd considering there is a kitchen area. So I had to eat sitting on the bed. No bedside lamp and the only light switch across the room.

Room was nothing like the photographs. Noise coming from somewhere and the smell was quite bad in corridor and the room. The management moved me to a better apartment. Again there was a bad smell but no noise this time. The knobs for the cooker and hobs were missing or broke and I left the property itching at bites from staying there.

For the price it was all right but everything you touched was all ready broken and the hallways stunk

checked in checked out after seeing the room, bedsheets stained room filthy, felt unsafe.

Rooms were dirty and stank of stale cigarettes, had the smell of weed coming under my door from my neighbours, beds were rock solid and stank of fags, neighbours were loud throughout the night, sick in the hallway in the night, not cleaned until morning as no staff work here after 5pm. We booked for 4 nights only stayed 2 because we couldnt wait to get out of there. The hotel has been turned into a homless hostel with clientele that have absolutely no respect for the property or other tennants. I feel sorry for the owner in all honesty. Also 99% sure the cleaners are smoking in the rooms as they're cleaning them as the smell was so fresh in one of the rooms that was being cleaned when we arrived. Do not stay here, you will feel safer and cleaner on the street.

Vi havde 2 rum til 3 personer. Elendige senge. Elendige sovesofaer. Det ene rum var hamrende varmt da alle radiatorer kørte for fuld drøn og den ene kunne ikke slukkes. Forfærdelig stank i hele lejlighedskomplekset. Eneste positive, meget centralt i Leicester

The plumbing work was poor and the sink kept making loud noises all night. The best sheets were dirty. The window was broken and would not close and it was freezing cold. There was noise all night

Good location for walking around central Leicester. The proprietor was very pleasant and helpful. The apartment was clean with well equipped kitchen. Convenient for a two night stay. Utility rather than luxurious.

Not clean properly the walls were weaned and teared down. theres kids playing phone games and yelling in the hallways, you can hear all the kids in the other apartments too

The apartment room was conducive and adequate for temporary stay. The availability of utensils made it easy to prepare meals in the apartment.

Dirty side tables. Said cap parking on site but then realised its 12 pound on top to park there, people running about shouting all night so barely had any sleep.

The property was very noisy at night with screaming and shouting, we got up at 7 and vacated the property as bed was uncomfy with only 1 pillow per person

It’s about all the surrounding, it’s unsafe for a family or kids, please avoid unless your desperate. Lots of drug dealers and dodgy people there asking me where to find drugs. I trusted hotels.com but now I’m very not sure about your ratings and I genuinely don’t understand how this place can have a 7/10.

No towels, one set of cutlery for four people, fighting and yelling on the street every night, no laundry powder/liquid. Expensive parking which wasn’t even secure. Three paper thin pillows provided, only one toilet roll for a week stay.

Good value city centre apartment. Check in was very easy and receptionist was friendly and helpful. Parking available, although costly. No wifi though.
