フェズから６時間ようやく着いたホテルが一方的にキャンセルされていました。 エクスペディアにメールをしても何の連絡も無く、そして、たった今、 様、宿泊したホテルを評価してください。 投稿されたご意見は公開されます。 というメールが来ました。 利用者を馬鹿にしているのでしょうか。 このホテルの従業員もロクに代わりのホテルを探そうともせず、無い無い。 結局、疲労困憊の中シャウエンの坂を登って、現地の人に助けてもらい違うホテルに宿泊しました。 私は以前も中国の帳家界というところのホテルでエクスペディアにやらかされました。しかし、なんの返事も謝罪も無く、違うホテルを探しました。 エクスペディアは大都市のホテルを探すのには向いてますが、辺境の小都市のホテルを探すのにはもっと違う手段を考えた方が賢明だと思いました。

スタッフの対応が本当に親切です。 いろいろと心配してくれたり、いいお店を紹介してくれたり。 新しい宿なのでキレイです。 リビングや部屋もまさに青い街のイメージ通り。 街には少し歩きますがシャウエンは安全なので問題ないです！

Enjoyed the stay. A nice, local place that gives you a good taste of the city. If you are driving, there is an underground parking lot (not for a large SUV or a van, but smaller and medium sized cars work fine). There are a couple of luxury places on the north side of the town as you are leaving towards Tangier but if you want a more personal experience, this is the place. The breakfast was very good and they kept asking if we wanted more food. For the price, it is a great value.

The hotel is 10 min walking from the city square where restaurants, cafes, and shops. I love the city of Chefchaouen , the hotel is blue like the city. Big room , clean , and great breakfast. Staff are very helpful and breakfast cooked fresh with Moroccan bread and pastries. Great place we booked last minute but it was a good choice

Parking was easy to park, only issue we had there was no hot water to take shower in the morning.

Nos toco el dia mas frio de Chefchaouen y el AA no sirvio, sin embargo el personal nos cambio de habitacion y soluciono el problema.

Les chambres sont très belles. Nous avons eu une chambre avec terrasse qui était très grande. Un plus pour nous.

Localização boa, mas há uma boa caminhada ( subida ) da Medina. Atendimento maravilhoso , café da manhã saboroso . Acho que vale a pena pelo Atendimento .
