フェズから６時間ようやく着いたホテルが一方的にキャンセルされていました。 エクスペディアにメールをしても何の連絡も無く、そして、たった今、 様、宿泊したホテルを評価してください。 投稿されたご意見は公開されます。 というメールが来ました。 利用者を馬鹿にしているのでしょうか。 このホテルの従業員もロクに代わりのホテルを探そうともせず、無い無い。 結局、疲労困憊の中シャウエンの坂を登って、現地の人に助けてもらい違うホテルに宿泊しました。 私は以前も中国の帳家界というところのホテルでエクスペディアにやらかされました。しかし、なんの返事も謝罪も無く、違うホテルを探しました。 エクスペディアは大都市のホテルを探すのには向いてますが、辺境の小都市のホテルを探すのにはもっと違う手段を考えた方が賢明だと思いました。

スタッフの対応が本当に親切です。 いろいろと心配してくれたり、いいお店を紹介してくれたり。 新しい宿なのでキレイです。 リビングや部屋もまさに青い街のイメージ通り。 街には少し歩きますがシャウエンは安全なので問題ないです！

Les chambres sont très belles. Nous avons eu une chambre avec terrasse qui était très grande. Un plus pour nous.

Localização boa, mas há uma boa caminhada ( subida ) da Medina. Atendimento maravilhoso , café da manhã saboroso . Acho que vale a pena pelo Atendimento .

Located just 15 minutes walikng from the Medina, this lovely small hotel offers the traveler a wonderful place to relax and unwind, with excellent service by a very friendly and welcoming staff! Happy to have our choice of rooms upon arrival, and concierge-like service for a dinner recommendation. The parking is easy, as was the driving in and out. Breakfast was very delightful. And five stars for the staff! Perfect ambassadors of Moroccan hospitality!

Super Hôtel, qui est totalement dans le thème de Chefchaouen. Son personnel est très agréable. Je vous le recommande les yeux fermés.

Het hotel heeft een eigen parkeerplaats onder het gebouw. Als het druk is kan je niet keren en moet je achteruit de parkeerplaats verlaten. Ontbijt was meer dan genoeg keuze, traditioneel ontbijt vers gemaakt met een open keukentje. Er is een lift maar om de lift te bereiken moet je 3 treden op. Personeel is erg vriendelijk. Kamers zien er ook netjes uit en goed verzorgd. Perfecte locatie voor Chefchaouen

I tried to change my stay date, Expedia told me it was the hotel manger that needed to change the date and hotel management told me it was Expedia… round and round for 2 weeks and ended up paying my 2 rooms anyway. I tried to change the date immediately after first booking.

c'est bien d'être un peu à l'extérieur de la Médina. Ca facilite le stationnement et l'accès. Personnel très gentil

BEWARE! This property is not accessible via car, it’s very hard to locate this hotel. My taxi driver had to call the hotel, eventually after 5 minutes waiting on the road we were finally escorted by someone from the hotel and took 10 minutes walk through narrow alleys to find the hotel. Mind you that this walk was very scary, felt so unsafe! There is no way you can walk back to the hotel at night, looks very scary! Since we were at the property we decided to tour it, but absolutely not good, the room to house 3 people had 3 tiny beds and the stairs were so narrow. Just imagine dragging your suitcases through this narrow alleyway. We decided not to checkin since we felt not safe! We were scrambling to find another place to stay and started driving around, luckily we found Hotel Rabat, just a regular hotel experience where my taxi could pull right into their parking lot. We lost $300 for 2 rooms, but safety was #1. Even if Riad Kalaa 2 was for free, I wouldn’t stay at this place, absolutely unsafe! I hope it will help at least one person to make the right call. The description about Riad Kalaa 2 on Expedia is very deceptive, but instead glorifies it.

This property is very good, clean rooms. The breakfast was good. The checkin service was awesome, he brought all of luggage to our rooms. Very friendly front desk!
