This is our favorite place to stay on the island, recommend bungalows on the south side away from the main building for a quieter experience but you can’t go wrong with any option

Great base to explore Ambergris Caye and the mainland. We had more an open impossible amount of fun.

David is amazing!!! He has the best personality!!! He gave me great tips and directions and was always willing to help!!! I would give him more than 5 stars!!

I really enjoyed the quietness I also enjoyed the bar and the bar staff along with the food at the restaurant.

Only this is Wifi was not good for majority of the stay, had important info to fill out for trip, started working last day of stay.

We loved being in our sucluded bungalow, it was like being on our own island. David was a great host. Elrick and rick made the best drinks and had great stories.

This property is absolutely amazing! The owner, David, was there the entire time to help with anything we needed! Karen, the tour guide helped us with a golf cart rental and a mainland tour, Mayan Ruins and Cave tubing. We had the overwater bungalow which had the back porch for morning serenity coffee, the private pool, and the glass bottom in the kitchen and room! This island is a great little gem that has not become as commercialized as other tourist areas! Definitely a must see! We will be back!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rent a golf cart and park right outside the property easily!

They need to update but it was nice

The office and restaurant staff was thoughtful and friendly. The room had poor air conditioning. The bathroom has no ventilation so the ac works extremely hard to keep the room cool, so our 1st night was extremely uncomfortable due to the room being hot. Our 2nd night was a little better after recommendations were made to ensure the bathroom door remained close after housekeeping refreshed the room and the air conditioner was serviced. If you are looking for a intimate and quiet stay with your spouse this is a great place to stay.

Really enjoyed our stay. My friend she's been thinking about it ever since she's been back she wants to return and we more than likely will. The owner is very accommodating. The bartenders were fantastic. The food here were not the cheapest was extremely good. The cooks or chefs are just amazing with what they do. And I love the views from the room. Towels and sheets could use a little upgrading but other than that this place is an absolute gem. Sorry for the late response for rating a lot of family stuff has been going on since we've come back. But can't wait to return. This establishment rocks
