両替もできない！ホテルじゅうの絨毯がカビだらけ エアコンが18度から動かない！消せない！

部屋は清潔で、ホテル内の設備や機能も充実している。 部屋の中の、センサーのノイズが気になって苦情をしたら、すぐにエンジニアが対応してくれた。 wi-fiはzoom会議で問題なく、快適に使用できた。

お誕生日をお祝いしていただきました。全スタッフ誕生日の事を把握しておりとてもびっくりしました。プールサイドのTIAMOのイタリアンがとても美味しかったです。

すべてにおいて素晴らしいホテルでした。ホテルのスタッフは皆とてもfriendlyかつhelpfulで。部屋の清掃をして下さる方もとてもfriendlyでした。日本円をインドルピーに両替したかったのですが、日曜日で銀行が閉まっており、結局3時間以上両替できるところを探してきて、両替をして下さいました。さすがに申し訳ないのでお礼のチップをお支払いしたいとお伝えすると「当り前のことをしただけで、チップは必要ない」と言われて受け取りませんでした。どのスタッフもこんな感じで、喜んで助けて下さりました。また、朝食のビュッフェも種類が多く、焼き立てのMasala DosaやParathaが食べられて最高でした。

The best breakfast! Hospitality was outstanding. I was pleasantly surprised after doing 3 week city hops with my family and staying at Taj in multiple cities. Conrad exceeded my expectations.

I stayed at Conrad Bengaluru over Father’s Day with two rooms: one for my elderly parents and one for myself. The location and the rooms are excellent and the team tended to resolve issues once they were raised. However, the overall service and attention to detail fell short of what I expect from Hilton’s luxury brand. Small but important items in the room were missing or not replenished. And we often had to ask for them. The in‑room dining menu, coffee sachets, creamers, bottled water. I also had to go to the front desk to request someone to inspect an intermittently working toilet flush. While the staff addressed each issue after I reported it, these should be basic, proactively managed standards. On Father’s Day my parents and I were directed away from the Caraway Kitchen to Mikusu with the explanation that the breakfast menus were similar. In reality Mikusu’s offerings were much more limited and it left us feeling shortchanged on a special morning. Food at Indian Durbar and Tiamo was good, but the service there also lacked the attention to detail one expects from a luxury property. This seems to be a recurring theme at the property. Overall, despite the strong location and comfortable rooms, the lapses in basic service and attention to detail made the stay feel not worth the Conrad premium. Most disappointing was that these shortcomings ended up spoiling what should have been a special Father’s Day for our family.

Breakfast was fabulous, lots of choice to suit different tastes. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Beds were very comfortable and room was spacious, shower was great. Food and drinks were expensive. Pool area too small for the number of people ( only 15 sun loungers). Probably more suited to a business trip than holiday. We stayed as it was a great location for the cricket academy.

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good. The majority of staff were nice but not all. Not enough sun beds by the pool (only 15 beds to service the whole hotel). Food and drinks overpriced. Only got two towels and one bathrobe for the room each day, despite there being 4 of us in the room (and reminding them every day). Would recommend for a short stay (a couple of nights) but disappointing for a longer stay.

Had an amazing stay- pickup was and drop off at the airport was seamless. Would stay there again.

The most amazing experience!

The service at this hotel is incredible. Rooms wwre luxurious and immaculate. Breakfast buffet was the best we experienced at any hotel on our trip. We loved the hotel so much, we decided to return to it during the second half of our trip instead of trying out another hotel. Everyone remembered us from our initial stay and welcomed us back. They even made us a special "welcome back" cake that was presented to us at breakfast. We couldn't have had a better stay.
