Very clean hotel. Smartly decorated and right in the middle of town

Everyone at this hotel was incredible. It seemed like everybody really liked their job and each other. Unfortunately, I was only able to stay one day. The breakfast was delicious with many vegan choices The shops and the beach were very close by. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who’s going to Larnaca!

Highly recommended stay! We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is excellent, close to everything yet peaceful. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and truly makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. A special mention to Nikos, the owner -warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. He goes out of his way to make sure guests feel at home, which creates a real sense of hospitality rather than just a place to stay. Exceptional breakfast. Room was small. Could use some shelves for clothes. Very friendly and helpful property Owners. Access street is under construction. Otherwise very enjoyable stay and we will consider staying there again.

Nikos and his wife were excellent hosts, took time to care for their guests and make sure they were good. The area around the hotel is still under construction but the hotel itself is excellent. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff, great location!

Purtroppo non è possibile dare voto 100 alla struttura, perché noi avremmo voluto darle 1000 per come Nikos, sua moglie e tutto lo staff di Art e Wine Boutique ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Un soggiorno piacevolissimo, con la fortuna di aver avuto una settimana di tempo veramente bello. Vogliamo dire grazie a tutti per la piacevole compagnia e l'ospitalità mostrata, nonostante ogni servizio sia stato impeccabile, sia per la colazione, per la pulizia delle camere, che per la comunicazione. La posizione centrale e comoda sono sicuramente da aggiungere alle caratteristiche positive già elencate sopra.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Art & Wine Boutique Hotel! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city and just a few steps from Finikoudes Beach. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with great attention to detail. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help – we felt truly welcomed. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh and tasty options, and the rooftop terrace with the jacuzzi is such a treat, especially at sunset. 🥂🍷 I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Larnaca – it’s the perfect mix of comfort, art, and a relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely come back! ❤️

Everything was brilliant except until Christmas construction is ongoing in the road outside the hotel. This however did not affect my stay as I was aware when I booked but it may have an impact on anyone with mobility issues.

Dianne was lovely at breakfast with a beautiful fresh spread. Late check-in worked very well.

Staff here were very prompt and helpful communicating. Plenty of check-in details and lovely helpful staff. Breakfast is amazing. 100m to nice beach. Area felt safe to wander around. Roadworks had front all chopped up but that isn't hotels control and guess temporary Aug 2025
