The staff was friendly, and the cost performance was reasonable. If I were staying alone, I would have been quite satisfied. However, for families with children, the cleanliness was concerning, with issues like dirt and clogged drains. Additionally, be prepared to carry your suitcase up narrow stairs, as there is no elevator.

広くて静かで一人部屋としては十分だが、トイレットペーパーの残りが少なかったことと、トイレが少々窮屈だったことが残念だった。また、エレベーターがなく、階段が狭いので、キャリーケース持ちには不便だと思った。

スタッフの方も非常に親切で、最高のサービスでした。 部屋も私が泊まったところは比較的広くて快適でした。 一回がBARだったので、夜うるさくないから心配でしたが、3階だったのと、22時以降は外での飲食が禁止されていたこともあり、特に気にはなりませんでした。 ただ、エレベーターがないのが、荷物が多い時少ししんどかったです。

部屋は新しくキレイでスタイリッシュです。パブ内に受付があり、スタッフも親切で、立地も便利です。他のブティックホテルもそうですが、エレベーターがないのだけ難点。私はスーツケースが重かったので手伝ってもらいました。

I arrived in the empty pub which also serves as reception to find u nobody present at 5.30 pm to check me in and had to wait more than 20 minutes before the staff member arrived. I needed to change for an event and was under pressure. This so called guest house was an absolute joke.

The room was in poor condition and had clearly been last renovated some time ago and there were hairs found in the bed. The service from staff was not good enough. As an example, when I arrived, check-in was temporarily unavailable because the member of staff was drinking with friends outside. When checked in I was then sent to the wrong room. On my final night the bar was noisy and incompatible with the status of the establishment as a ‘hotel’. Finally, upon checkout, there was no evidence of any 24hr reception. No members of staff were on hand to check-out. Would not recommend.

This was my first time staying at a Pub/Hotel mix. I would definitely recommend it to people who are traveling light , as the stairs going up to the rental are narrow and winding. The manager of the hotel - Bhargav - was extremely helpful in making my stay comfortable and helping me arrange morning transportation to Paddington station. I can't thank him enough for the help and concern he showed towards me and my wife. He is a true asset to this establishment. I will definitely come back again - but with fewer bags

Avoid this one - 10:30check out and flight of stairs - torn curtains - dirty - carpets not vacuumed. Even though only 3 guests checking out wouldn’t give any extension even for payment - doesn’t need 5 hours between checkouts and check ins for cleaning 3 rooms. Just gave the impression don’t care about customers. Paintwork disgusting.

Despite some negative reviews I found this an entirely passable and even comfortable stay. It is an old pub so as with all old buildings it has some wear and tear but that’s part of the charm. Super location, owner is a complete champ! Would stay again for sure!

Nice clean room, good service and great staff! Short walk to shopping.

Check in was slow upon arrival, room small but adequate, some of the fixtures & fittings were loose or broken including a floor tile. But bed really comfortable & had a good night’s sleep as it’s a lovely quiet area & shower also good. No breakfast option which would have been handy.

Rent rom. Hotellet hadde perfekt beliggenhet nær parker, shopping, kultur. Enkel innsjekk i en bar, hvor der var live musikk om kvelden.

Welcome was great. And gave me a free drink when i returned late from an awards.
