The staff was friendly, and the cost performance was reasonable. If I were staying alone, I would have been quite satisfied. However, for families with children, the cleanliness was concerning, with issues like dirt and clogged drains. Additionally, be prepared to carry your suitcase up narrow stairs, as there is no elevator.

広くて静かで一人部屋としては十分だが、トイレットペーパーの残りが少なかったことと、トイレが少々窮屈だったことが残念だった。また、エレベーターがなく、階段が狭いので、キャリーケース持ちには不便だと思った。

スタッフの方も非常に親切で、最高のサービスでした。 部屋も私が泊まったところは比較的広くて快適でした。 一回がBARだったので、夜うるさくないから心配でしたが、3階だったのと、22時以降は外での飲食が禁止されていたこともあり、特に気にはなりませんでした。 ただ、エレベーターがないのが、荷物が多い時少ししんどかったです。

部屋は新しくキレイでスタイリッシュです。パブ内に受付があり、スタッフも親切で、立地も便利です。他のブティックホテルもそうですが、エレベーターがないのだけ難点。私はスーツケースが重かったので手伝ってもらいました。

Downstairs bar absolutely lovely and the staff were amazing and very helpful, the room was nice overall though a few minor issues. In general a nice place to stay for short stays.

This property done the job for us near the baker street ,,/Marylebone/edgware underground easy access from Liverpool Street station staff nice okay stairs would be an issue for older people but heyho look at Amsterdam stairs the hotel was quirky nice bar underneath food etc room was descent a bit small but done wot it says on the tin you want fancy you pay for fancy good shower though

Great Value for Money Clean, tidy, and very welcoming. The staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable. Excellent value for the price—would definitely stay again

Overall not a bad place. Maybe not so family friendly as it's over a pub & certain nights the music & people were loud. It is in a very good location. You can walk to many sites or easily get an Uber/taxi. Staff were very helpful & friendly.

Perfectly adequate

There were a few things that tainted my stay. It was impossible to reach the hotel directly to change my check-in time either by phone or email, I used Hotels.com who sorted it out quickly. There was no breakfast as an option, despite the pictures on the advert showing so. In the room: bin wasn't emptied, plug was missing from the sink, remote control wasn't fully operational, no shower gel and broken fixtures to name the main ones. The staff were friendly and the pub was nice

Booked this for my wife. She said “there were quite a few hairs in the room that weren’t mine”. The welcome was good though and the room quiet.

Friendly welcome, helpful staff. Nice pub below, not affected by noise. Be aware of narrow winding staircase to rooms if mobility problems, no lift.

Looked nothing like the pictures, my boyfriend and I got a different hotel as soon as we arrived.

Personale molto accogliente. Non abbiamo avuto problemi. La pulizia lascia un po’ a desiderare ma basta un semplice spirito di adattamento. Unica nita negativa il bagno veramente tanto piccolo. Per il resto un ottimo soggiorno

The room was definitely in need of cleaning - stains on the carpet, blanket, and one of the pillows. Overall cleanliness was not great. The door downstairs to the restaurant is broken too. Not well cared for property.

If you simply want a bed then unison’s, Not very clean, Electric points don’t work, Carper very grubby throughout. TV and curtain rail hanging off wall. Just a little attention to detail and this could be a nice place.

Very Small room stayed 4 nights staff only cleaned room one time. Ran out of toilet paper and towels had to ask for some more because room wasn’t being cleaned. We were put on the 3rd floor spiral stairs all the way up not for the weak especially after walking around as a tourist all day, the stairs were our end of the day nightmare, also not real good with luggage either. There was no breakfast or coffee in the morning as shown in the pictures on the site if you’re looking for a room just to sleep and Found no luxury at all and don’t mind walking up three flights of stairs. This is the place for you if not, don’t stay here.

Palvelu oli erittäin hyvää, työntekijä teki kaikkensa auttaakseen meitä. Huone oli pieni mutta viihtyisä. Huoneessa oli todella kylmä, mutta ilmalämpöpumppu onneksi lämmitti huoneen hyvin. Olimme tyytyväisiä.
