I could not satisfy one thing. I stayed #151, facility is excellent, clean and wide enough. However a vibration of smart phone propagae to my room from a room of 2nd floor. I had to wake up at early morning everyday, such as 5:30am.

部屋は清潔で、広く快適でした。 中庭にはプールやミニパターなどもあります。 ちょうどチェックインの日にエレベーターが不具合があって遠回りしましたが、それ以外は快適に過ごせました。

Staff is fantastic, breakfast included is awesome! pool area and activities are great. We had a great family time around the fire pit making smores!

Very easy access to all that Santa Barbara has to offer and much less expensive than comparable quality hotels in Santa Barbara proper. Huge rooms with great amenities and wonderful outdoor space. Very nice stay.

Everything was good. Only complaint was the iron did not work. But that was just a minor thing. I would stay there again

My husband and I are both handicapped and the door we used to get to our room, had a step that was not clearly visible. I fell on my hip and dropped the items I was carrying in. very dangerous.

It was a lovely structure and clean. We requested early check-in.The staff said they would call when the room was ready, which they did. We said we would be there in 45 minutes. On arriving in less than 45 minutes we found our room had been given to some other party. We had been on a run and needed a shower. It was a great inconvenience. We were visiting family to watch the Super Bowl and had to go to their house unshowered.

Great staff and service. Towels could be softer.

An airport property should have an airport shuttle. Also it is very low tech, no tap or apple pay available.

The rooms are clean and nice. The hotel is next to the airport, but the noise wasn't an issue.
