中心部で場所はよいです。近くにコンビニやコーヒーショップ・レストランがあります。 部屋のリビングは広く床は光っています。ソファーとカーテンが色あせが少し目立ちます。木の扉のために隙間があり虫は入ってきますので虫除けは必要です。冷蔵庫は冷えが悪く冷凍庫で冷やしました。シャワーの水の出はゆるめですがお湯は出ます。便器にトイレットペーパーが無い為用意が必要です。 今回は8泊しましたが清掃員（ハウスキーパー）が入ったのは2泊目の1日だけでした。 初日からテレビがノーシグナルとでて映らなくフロントで聞いたら5日後の月曜日に映ると言われ5日後に映ったのが1局でローカルのみでした。

フロントの対応やハウスキーパーの対応は良いです。施設のカーテンやソファーのシミ汚れが目立ちました。部屋にティシュペーパーとトイレにトイレットペーパーが無いので用意が必要です。エアコンの効きがもう少し良ければと思います。近くにスーパーや飲食店があるので立地はよいです。

Reception not open after 8 pm makes check in very difficult

These rooms are great, affordable apartment style rooms! The building is brand new, the rooms are clean, and the kitchen is stocked with kitchenware. We loved that these rooms had a separate bathroom and living room from the bedroom. Also, the floor to ceiling windows in the living room are amazing! This building is situated in one of the most walkable parts of town with loads of restaurants. The guy working at the reception desk, Panha, was very helpful in anything we needed.
