La propiedad es muy linda y el staff espectacular hicieron de nuestra estancia algo muy bonito. La única particularidad que tienen que considerar es que el htl en invierno está en medio de la montaña y no puedes ni entrar ni salir más allá de las 5pm

O hotel fica na pista de ski, para chegar lá é preciso acessar o teleférico para subir, não fomos previamente informados quando da reserva. O hotel não coloca um funcionário para auxiliar os hóspedes com a bagagem. A partir das 16h30, o teleférico para de funcionar e se vc descer não sobe mais. O café da manhã é bem fraco e o restaurante não tem muitas opções, sendo que a partir das 22h, vc não tem como solicitar mais nada. Além de tudo isso para subir ao hotel vc tem que pg todas as vezes. Acho importante vcs esclarecerem estes pontos para os associados dos Hotéis. com.

Beautiful place

Leider entspricht das Essen, nicht den normalen Anforderungen. Die kalte Platte war o.k. Jedoch die warmen Gerichte nicht nur bei uns ,ungenügend. Sehr bedauerlich für das sonst echt tolles Hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The food and breakfast was really good, staff was very sympathetic and helpful and a wonderful relaxing spa. A feedback to be given to the hotel is to have the spa open in the morning too which we think is only negative point.

Merveilleux lodge au calme avec superbe panorama sur les montagnes. Les bains après la journée de randonnée sont parfaits !

The room is spacious and the balcony has a wonderful view, but the best thing we enjoyed about the property was the wellness spa with saunas, hot tubs and resting areas. It was so quiet and peaceful especially on a rainy day - the highlight of our trip!

Hôtel très sympa isolé en pleine nature. Parfait pour être au calme et passer une agréable soirée, nuit. Personnel très serviable et sympathique. Un joli petit jardin est accessible derrière l’hôtel et offre un magnifique paysage.

Freundliche Bedienung, schönes Zimmer mit fantastischer Aussicht, gutes Essen

Reise mit Gepäck per Gondelbahn, tiptop. Empfang sehr herzlich, Frühstück & Abendessen abwechslungsreich gestaltbar! Saunabereich wunderschön gelegen. Zimmer sind geräumig, in unterster Etage ruhig & mit Balkon. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt war die Zimmerreinigung, die nicht immer ganz klappte… Personal & Bedienung war aber sehr nett & zuvorkommend - wir kommen wieder! 😉

Sehr modern, man muss Beton mögen Uns hat es nicht gestört. Toll und ruhig gelegen mitten im Anhang. Die Menschen dort sind alle wirklich alle äußerst zuvorkommend nett und nach wenigen Stunden wie Kameraden. Toll…. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gerechtfertigt Weinkarte und Küchenleistung ist noch Luft nach oben.
