使いかけの石鹸と乾燥機に靴下が入ったままでした。まともな清掃をしていない物件だと思います。非常に残念でした。 チェックインに関しては時間外でも対応していただけました。とても助かりました。

Room was good and parking was good. Didn’t have enough sugar by a long way and the coffee is that inedible cheap sachets of international roast. The BIG problem was the gate to initially get into the complex. Lines of cars, gate code not working. People out of their cars trying to stand there and put it in. Ours didn’t work either. 6 times my wife and I both tried putting it in. The help phone didn’t work either. Constantly engaged. The QR code option we tried multiple times too until it eventually worked. What a joke of a way to start your trip. Do better people. Get it fixed or explain what to press after typing in the code.

The room was very clean and the welcoming was lovely. There was a bit to take in on check-in as its a locked community. We didn't get where to leave the key but text them and they found them. I think it needs some written instructions.

The room was basically clean but finger marks left unattended on various surfaces made it feel grotty. The beds were ok but the pillow selection was poor While slightly complex initial check in due to the apartment being in a gated community once checked in, the access system worked very well with an undercover car spot allocated

Nice place, good space

Very spacious rooms for family.

The rooms could do with a bit more detailed cleaning. Scuff marks on walls and dirt in places like door edges. Lounge suite is a bit tired. Didn’t want to sit on it. Crockery a bit marked and broken also. Not nice to use. Doona in one room had stains on it. Yuk! Size of apartment was good and location was what we needed.

Furniture was old and filthy

A lovely spacious and well equipped apartment. Beds were comfortable. After hours check in was a bit confusing, particularly that the dongle was the same as a swipe card - not very clear in the documents. Pool was really nice but it wasn’t clear in the pre- booking information that it was offsite- had to drive to pool to access. Area was quiet and there were some shops and restaurants nearby. Communication was excellent via phone- staff answered questions and helped us solve problems in a really friendly manner. Overall a pleasant place to stay.
