From a standard from the US this property wouldn’t be considered a “hotel” per se. Rather it’s a motel at best with very very limited amenities. Think Super 8 motel that’s been painted black inside. Cleanliness is not quite acceptable. All rooms are SMOKING. I speak Korean and asked in Korean whether they had any non-smoking rooms. The staff said “no, and even if we were to state non-smoking, we wouldn’t have a way to enforce the non-smoking policy. Everyone just smokes in their rooms!” I got a migraine headache first night due to the smell. Highly discourage folks from using this place as a “hotel”.

주변에 관공서가 있고, 큰 길가에 위치해서 좀 시끄러웠어요. 스타복스나 음식점은 뒷골목에 위치해 있어서 나쁘진 않았어요.

No non-smoking room available

담배냄새는 좀 나지만 대체적으로 다 갖춰져있고 주변에 다 걸을만한 음식점이 있어서 편리성이 좋습니다.

Very Korean. You speak to staff by google translate. Very Korean breakfast which this American could not eat. Local restaurants have no English menus. Nice place to walk nearby at riverside, the last stop of the subway to downtown is 10 mins away. Easy even for me first timer. Clean room, huge bathtub. I ended up liking the place and would do it again- much cheaper than downtown hotels.

We really enjoyed the room layout and the spacious bathroom. The area was also nice, there is a river near by where you can enjoy a nice walk or cycle.

The hotel is too far from downtown Seoul and the tourist sites. Also, my room was too hot. The air conditioner was not working. Even with the window open it was hot inside.

The towels and bed sheet at a smell, kind of like bleach. But overall everything was very nice, they area is very cosy and accessible to bus and train. The cost of this hotel is worth it in my opinion.

객실은 혼자 사용하기 넓긴한데, 리모델링을 부분적으로 하신건지.. 낡은 부분들이 있습니다. 욕조 물빠지는 곳은 녹슬어서 들어갈 생각이 안났음.
