We had a wonderful time at the hotel!! Complementary breakfast was amazing, the outdoor pool shaped in a guitar was very nice and relaxing. The beds were very comfortable and clean. And the hotel staff were wonderful. Ms duffi or. Duffy: I forget the actual spelling…. She was just fantastic. Made our trip super pleasurable and our breakfast every morning memorable thank you guys for doing such a great job. Keep up the good work.

Excellent breakfasr

Close to Graceland. Nice hotel, room was spacious with comfortable bed. Friendly staff and hotel was clean. Delicious full breakfast was a added bonus!

The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

No air conditioning in the buildings. First room was unclean. Elevator did not work. Could not walk upstairs.

Our room smelled of cigarettes even though it was a nonsmoking room.

Very friendly staff. The breakfast was great and the breakfast attendant did a fantastic job. She was kind and very attentive.

I was not able to check in to this Hotel Their elevator was down and could not put me on the first floor. Since i recently had hip replacement I was not able to clime up stairs.

Soon as you walk in you feel the stuffiness and smell of mildew everywhere in the building. The room floor was wet of heat steam , the blankets smell musty. The elevator floor was sticky and dirty. Didnt get a goodnight sleep heard kids stomping upstairs all night. Will not recommend this place.

Staff were great

The staff made this stay exceptional. The desk staff were very supportive and informative with suggestions. Mrs. Duffle served an excellent breakfast and shuttled us to Graceland. She was superb in all she did for us during our stay. Would recommend to others traveling to this area.

Disappointed. On our way to the hotel I received a text saying the elevator was broken down. My wife just had ankle surgery and climbing stairs was a bad option, but it was too late to change hotels. The room was run down (see pics). Even the bathroom mirror was lopsided. Dead cockroach in the hallway. On the good side, the room was clean, the staff are friendly, the breakfast was great, and the coffee was very good. I've stayed at Holiday Inn Express all across the country, it's a favorite. This place is not on par with any of the others

the lobby bathrooms were in very poor condition. The shower curtain inthe bathroom was all ripped up and falling off. The ice machine on that floor was not working we had to go up a floor to get ice, and the entire floor had a terrible odor to it. We actually left a day early due to that odor.
