Parking is not free. Guard on-duty demanded 300php as parking fee for just an overnight.

Guards were not accommodating nor know what the left hand is doing. We understand there is extra 200 on top for pool use but asking us payment for our day use was unreasonable. Our receipt shows that we are allowed to swim in the morning of the 17th since we already paid on the evening of the 16th and had a night swimming. It was signed and documented by the night shift guard that we are allowed to use in the morning without payment. But they still insisted to pay. We didn't give cash though but it was traumatizing to experience such. The room is awesome!

The unit was good however it was just too far. The only means of transportation there is by taxi which is quite expensive.

The room is a bit old and basic. it said the kitchen is available but they did not provide any cooking pan and no reply from the owner.

The place was ok and outdoor ambience is very pleasant. The pool is nice as well. I love that we are able to cook in the kitchen. The wifi is just very slow but overall the place is really nice for staycations when you just want to relax and chill.

A word perfect is definitely match this place, a place where you can say home! ❤️

Check in was easy and the room was quiet. There were no other positives with this experience! The room was not clean, the windows were draughty and there were a lot of dusts and hair strands on the floor. There were hairs in the shower too! The towels were thin and cheap. The air conditioning had an engrained layer of dust and filth, when we put the aircon on it blew dust all around the room. And it's making a noise too. The sofa was dirty. We were 5 people but there were only 4 sets of plates, glasses and mugs prepared for us. The photos uploaded on the listing page did not match the room we received. This apartment was not what we paid for. If you want to use the pool, you need to pay 200php/head so be aware!

It is good enough place for a weekend get-away outside of Manila. The location is almost centrally located and within easy access to Cebu City's tourist and gastronomic spots.

So the whole experience was ok but it did not met our expectation. First it was not specifically stated in the property detail page that the pool access is not included in the rate as it was one of the deciding factor that we booked the property. Second there was a power interruption in the evening that we were not informed and lastly there was no running water at around 9 in the morning until I checked out. It was not a bad stay except that there were some minor inconveniences that could have been prevented.

This condotel location is not accessible, especially for tourists that needs to go out from time to time. The host is not approachable. But its a plus for complete utensils. Probably appropriate for staycations only.

The room is clean and I love the amenities.
