ホテルのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーです。最初の部屋のセイフティーボックスが機能しなかったため、別に部屋にアップグレードしてくれました。部屋はきれいでしたが、冷蔵庫はありませんでした。朝食の開始が平日が7時頃でした。私は6時半にはホテルをでなくてはならなかったので、サンドイッチ等の朝食を別途用意してくれました。夜の10時頃、レストランが閉店するまでは音楽がうるさかったのが少し気になりました。近くにコンビニやレストランもあります。快適な滞在でした。

El hotel es bonito y está bien ubicado. No tiene habitación con 2 camas, lo cual es un inconveniente en algunas situaciones y ojo: El precio no incluye el desayuno.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a great neighborhood. The staff was incredible! Diana and Lina we're so helpful and kind. Would highly recommend to anyone.

This was my first visit to Mexico City and I stayed at this hotel for about a week. The location, staff, and room were all great and perfect for my first introduction to this City. I will say visitors need to be mindful of the open air restaurant within the hotel that is on the third floor. Most of the week was fine but Friday and Saturday nights were both very loud until the restaurant closed around 11pm. Aside from some restaurant noise those two nights everything else was fantastic.

The rooms were super clean, the staff very helpful, and the food at the rooftop L’ enfant restaurant was delicious. It would be helpful if the front desk staff could speak English, but with Google Translate, it really wasn’t much of a problem.

El hotel es bonito, esta céntrico, bueno si es que tus asuntos son por el área de reforma. El personal es superr amable y siempre con excelente disposición. El resturante muy rico y muy bonito. El único tema que tiene es que se oye mucho el ruido/música del lobby, a mi me toca las masters del primer piso y si es complicado quw se oye todo. Debe de haber algo quw se puede hacer con eso y quedaría perfecto!

Hotel buono nel suo insieme. Servizi non all’altezza. Tre giorni senza Wi-Fi oggi non all’altezza. Pagata colazione, ma ristorante chiuso. Nessun rimborso Sto arrivando! Parte della struttura.

Great stay

Buena ubicación para trasladarse caminando a varios sitios de interés. La comida del restaurante es buena. El servicio del personal excelente, asi como la limpieza y amenidades del hotel.

Muy lindo hotel si regreso en mis siguientes vueltas

Cerca de avenida reforma, teatros, estaciones del metrobús y restaurantes. El hotel muy cómodo, habitaciones pequeñas; pero funcionales, pocas habitaciones lo que ayuda para mejor descanso

Cute spot in a great location!

Muy amable y servicial el personal, el desayuno solo el primer día lo disfrutamos, era muy tardado y solo habíamos 2 personas, opté por ya no consumirlo puesto que estaban más personas los otros días y la verdad esperar 2 hrs para un omelette y un café, no es negocio, las habitaciones están bien, para lo que es y la ubicación excelente, solo recomendaría que en los cuartos tuvieran plancha para ropa.

Room was great. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom was very nice with a large shower. It was very quiet as its located on a side street 2 blocks off Ave de la Reforma. It's a small enough hotel that there's not a lot of travelers coming and going so less noise. There's an OXXO 24-hour convenience store (7-11, Circle-K) out the front door to the right about 100 yards. Sells bottled water, coffee, beer, ice, etc.. Great restaurant that sells pastries around the corner called "Azucar Y Sal". Also 2 Taco restaurants to the left, "El Huequito" and "El Aguachilazo", inexpensive and quick. Lots of other food options close. While the area appeared questionable initially (not Polanco), it was safe as I was out at night. Lots of hotels to choose from in Mexico City but this one is centrally located with easy access to most of the city. We were happy with our choice. Would stay again.
