一人旅で2泊しました。 部屋は大きく快適です。 道路沿いの部屋は深夜街のクラブからの叫び声が朝まで続きます。耳栓が部屋においてあるのでなぜかと思いましたが理解できました。2日まともに眠れませんでした。 受付が常時人がいない、チェックインの時のみ来るシステム、全体入口、部屋入口とも自動に閉まる扉なので、鍵忘れたら大変なことになるとお思い気が気でなかった。 滞在中、掃除、リネン取替は一切なし、アパートなのでこんなものかもしれませんが、それにしては高額と思います。

Very nice service apartment to stay in the center Porto. Super convenient to go anywhere. Nice neighborhood with cafe, restaurant and the famous bookstore Livraria Lello is just around the corner. All kitchen tools you need are well prepared, e.g. microwave, fridge, toaster, espresso machine, etc. You can dining out and also get some fresh food from market to cook like as in your home. Rooftop is also available anytime and nice to have some beer at night. Because of the bars near by, it might be noisy till late but it depends on the situation you can not avoid. During my stay for 4 nights, I didn't mind actually. Only one night I was bothered but it was totally OK. Because this is not a hotel, there is no reception. You need to communicate with the owner when you check-in. If you don't have a phone, please specify exact time of your arrival and how to reach the person for the key in advance. (need to clarify which buzzer you need to push on the front door!) Towels are provided but also you'd better ask questions at the check-in timing how often it is changed or other questions about garbage(If you plan to cook) for your long stay. Overall, I loved the place and want to use it again when I'm back in Porto. 非常に綺麗で快適な宿泊先ですがホテルではないため、チェックイン時にどうやって鍵を受け取るかのコミュニケーションが必要です（特に電話がない場合は事前にメールで正面玄関のどのブザー押すのか確認） 美しい書店として有名な「レロ書店」が1ブロック先、ポルトガル製品のセレクトショップ「A Vida Portuguesa」も同じ通り。元靴工房を改装したアンティークがいっぱいのカフェ「Restaurante Galeria de Paris」では朝ご飯が2.2ユーロ。

Gute Lage, kann am Wochenende aber sehr laut sein, was uns persönlich nicht gestört hat. Sehr nette und gute Kommunikation.

We were locked out of our room and could not reach the person at Customer Support for about 20 minutes. The room was run-down, with many outlets falling out of the wall. The room was very noisy

Communication with FeelPorto was always excellent. They had a representative who met us at the apartment and made sure to check that our access link and code worked. She also gave us a quick tour of the unit. The apartment itself was clean and spacious enough for 4 people. AC worked extremely well. The location is right in the nightlife part of Porto, and although we did hear noise around 4am, it was not a big deal. Keep in mind we were located on the 4th floor. You are within walking distance to almost everything. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommended

Väldigt trevlig lägenhet. Dock får man inte vara ljuskänslig om man hyr lägenheten över en helg. Lägenheten ligger på en trevlig gata med mycket liv och rörelse. På fredag och lördagsnatten somnade man till ljudet av nattklubbsmusik.

Too many requests made of us at inappropriate times. At 11:30PM, FeelPorto demanded we pay the Tourist Tax. The issue is not the tax itself (it’s required by law), but insisting we paid it right now, at 11:30PM, when we had checked in at 3:00PM was inappropriate. I imagine it’s all remote workers, because they did not accept any phone calls (even when we were locked out of the apartment and had immense difficulty checking in—no one to help us). The apartment itself was fine, not overly clean or dirty. Excellent neighbourhood, right in the action. But definitely would not go through this company again.

The apartment information says they have luggage storage, it didn't say with fee, so you would expect it's free, the luggage storage they can provide was a link to book for the service, it was quite costly, at the end I found storage at the metro which was reasonable price. But these were extra cost you need to bear in mind if you need to store your luggages. The apartment was cosy with air conditioning. It wasn't as new as the photos posted, the kitchen top and sink top wasn't very clean when arrive. But the agency was very responsive and helpful, they replied all questions quickly and provide all the information in the email the day before you arrive. It would be more helpful if they can send this email earlier. We were on 4th floor, we still need to use the ear plugs provided in order to fall asleep. The music and noises were up to 5am on one night. It wasn't very pleasant.

Super schönes Apartment. Ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt und das Bett war mega bequem. Tolle Lage und super Kommunikation.

A good location especially for socialising. If you are sightseeing albut not clubbing at the weekend ask for an upper floor. Self catering facilities are very good

Was pleasantly surprised by the condition of the room and amentities provided. The rating is mostly based on the location of the unit which is on a noisy street with bars, that is pretty busy during week days and weekends. It made entering in the front door code a little nerve-wracking, especially at peak hours when people are all over the street. The bar music is also fairly loud late at night. The location during the day is convenient near a lot of shops but the late night activity wouldn't be for everybody.

It was good stay.

Communication was great! Apartment was close to great restaurants, shopping, and sights. Be warned, it is a party street (hint is in the name). Saturday night was very loud and did shake the room a little. We didn’t mind, I read the reviews and was aware. The apartment has blackout curtains and ear plugs.

Esperienza ottima, posizione perfetta, super centrale e comoda. Purtroppo zona molto rumorosa di notte nel weekend (venerdì/sabato). Cortesia, gentilezza e disponibilità da parte del personale. Camera pulita e spaziosa. Consiglio a tutti questo appartamento

As others have mentioned, and I should have heeded those comments, these flats are virtually unsleepable from 11pm to 6am. They inform you it is the area, and the sound is one thing (they provide earplugs) but the vibrations in the floor and walls from the bass of the speakers from the nightclubs is ridiculous. I was there for 3 nights and maybe got 2 hours of sleep a night, I'm sure from pure exhaustion! Be warned!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the proximity to everything! It was a 5star stay!
